Cute and cozy House

The pictures provided make it seem like it’s a small place but in reality it’s quite spacious and with lots of room. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was a nice place to visit!

Cute Place and Close to Everything

We had a wonderful stay for our sons turning green ceremony at Fort Moore. The place has everything you need, very comfy and was only 10 minutes from Fort Moore. I had one question checking in and the owner responded right away. We would definitely stay again.

Great place

The place was great. Had a few hiccups but the communication with the Host was done well and in a timely manner. Got issues resolved. Would stay again. Also a great location. Not too far from food and shops.

Army ceremony

I picked this property because it wasn't far from the base but also far from stuff todo. The pictures and description of the property is 100% accurate. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We did meet one of the neighbors who was extremely nice. I had last minute changes and the property manager is extremely easy to work with and very quick to respond back. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying again when we return again.

Comfortable for A short stay.

100% Honest review here. The home provided only what we needed it for. The beds are comfortable, one night we didn’t have hot water, but the next two no issues. Disappointed the home had very minimal towels, only 2 wash clothes to be exact for wash purposes. The house is super simplified which is fine for the our needs for we only needed A place to shower and sleep. Not very homie at all. No decor. Also we have animal allergies in our family and there is animal hair all over the beddings and pillows. Very obvious that the home is getting base cleaned after use. The animal hair is all over our socks and is clearly on the baseboards even of the home.

Townhome stay

The pros to this property: fits 4 people, beds were comfortable, decent kitchen amenities, quiet neighborhood The cons to this property: only tvs in bedrooms, no tv in living area, not a lot of comfortable seating in living area - not ONE lamp anywhere in the townhome. Kitchen table very small and chairs not in good condition. Shared outdoor deck with neighbors and NO furniture on this side of the deck. Really needs an update.

Not so cozy

I’m very torn in giving this review. I will say that our property manager was very responsive, the unit was exactly as shown, and the location is pretty great.That being said, we showed up very late due to a car issue. The unit was absolutely freezing, and it was filthy! My husband changed the sheets.(which were very dirty and had glitter on them), and we hunkered down for the night under the emergency blankets from the back of our car. As I say, our host was very responsive and had a cleaner come back that next morning. But we had to completely vacate in order for that to happen. We waited all day for the heating guy to come, but it got late so we just went back to the unit and waited for him. We were exhausted.It seems that the heater had frozen because of the unusual cold weather snap. So just know, if you stay during a cold snap, you’re going to be cold! The biggest issue is that this place is dirty. Even after the cleaner came, the fridge was still gross, one shower still had a dirty washcloth and a melting bar of soap in it (maybe some mold?), there is a great deal of hair and such on the baseboards, and cobwebs in every corner. We had been out all day and didn’t know what to expect upon our return. Once we retuned, we made the decision to not fight to get a refund and to stay.Last, but not least, this place is exactly as shown on the listing. The beds are good, but there isn’t a single comfy chair to sit in. It’s pretty sparse! Definitely not cozy.
