Breanna was the perfect host! Our stay was easy, with everything we could possibly need. Breanna even helped us toddler proof the house, including the beautiful tree she put up. Would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

This place is in a wonderful neighborhood. We were so impressed upon entering the cottage, despite already seeing how nice it was from outside. It’s tastefully decorated, and the host left so many sweet and thoughtful touches throughout. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if our adventures took us this way in the future.

Such an amazing property!

The cottage provided the perfect private space (indoor and out). The cleanliness, extra attention to details, and stocked cupboards and pantry made our getaway feel less stressful. It was as though we were in the comfort of our own home. Breanna was receptive and accommodating, which we very much appreciate. We hope the space is available when we come back into town again next year.

Great place for an anniversary getaway!

I surprised my Husband with staying here for our 25th anniversary. He was certainly surprised and loved it. It was very clean, nice amenities and extra special touches. The spa is perfect for just two. The cozy bed, too many extra tools to cook, and an array of coffee creamer to choose from. Everything was perfect and Hubby and I both agreed we will be back to Holly Grove.

A Little Oasis

We are on the road every weekend for volleyball, and staying in hotels just adds to the exhaustion. We are so grateful to have found this little oasis! The home is impeccable, Bre thought of everything a guest could need, and all of the accommodations were so comfortable. I have saved this home in my favorites folder and am already looking forward to our return for the next tournament! Thank you for a home away from home Bre!

Holly Grove Cottage

What an amazing Gem!Located on a quiet street with beautiful landscaping, and was immaculate inside and out.Check in was easy and the host was very gracious. The place was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and furnished with a warm inviting vibe. Perfect little getaway!

Such a great place to get away. Excellent ammenities, clean, and modern propery. The hot tub is a perfect wind down after a day together. Owner is very responsive to questions and super helpful. My partner and i will definitely book again without s doubt.

Simply Perfect!!!

This is the one others should strive to be! A pristine accommodation….I felt like I was the first person to have stayed there! Incredibly well-stocked, with many thoughtful touches! I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I can’t think,of one thing I would change. Next time my travels bring me back to this area, I hope to stay here again…I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

Fabulous Place

Nicest place we’ve ever stayed at a short term rental. All furnishings were new, clean, high quality, and attractive. Comfy bed, nice location, and fast, easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

My husband our three year old and I all stayed here for our anniversary getaway, it felt like home. It was very aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and even though the house is built off another house you didn't hear anybody else and it was still a very comfortable setting! We will definitely be back again!! :)

Fanastic Place to Stay!

Clean, beautiful, a lot of room, and easy access best describe this property. We had guests in from Canada and didn't have enough room at my home for everyone. This place was PERFECT! Wonderful operators/owners who are discreet but cover every detail. Couldn't ask for more.

Lovely ADU in Felida Heights

Such a well appointed and spacious place, with terrifically gracious hosting. My husband and I both felt it was the best rental experience overall, that we've ever had! And we've been in a quite a few!

Awesome place!

The place was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was good and the hosts were super friendly and helpful and very nice to deal with. The house was super clean and like new. The hot tub was very nice too.

Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend, 7 year old daughter, and I stayed here for a night and the place was great! Clean and cozy 1 bedroom house. Has a cute 2 person hot tub to enjoy as well! Only issue was not receiving the code prearrival. Luckily Breanna lives next door and was there getting the rental ready when we arrived so there was no problem getting in. :) We will for sure stay here again if we are in town!

Our property finished construction early 2024, you won't find a fresher property in any of Clark County with the peace and quiet of the country-side but walkability of Downtown anywhere else. Did we mention our property is built for both short or long term stays? No need to go out for every meal or find a way to get clean clothes, you've got it all here at home.
