The space
The apartment is newly renovated and comfortable with all new amenities. Ideally the apartment is for 2 guests but a sofa bed is available too should a family be visiting.
The location is exceptional- in the middle of town and 2 minutes walk to shopping, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Shell beach is a short walk away, as well.

The view is couldn't be better and has the direct view onto sunset and the famous New Year's Eve fireworks. We wanted to create an elevated experience and home away from home in the heart of town. a sanctuary in the middle of it all.

Guess access
You will have access to the whole apartment. Wifi throughout and TV with Netflix and other apps should you want to enjoy a relaxing night in.

Please note: There is currently construction on the adjacent land. Works are limited to 7am-12pm and 2-5pm on weekdays and from 7-12pm on Saturdays. Somedays there is activity and other days nothing, Potential noise disturbance has been accounted for in the nightly rate.
