La mejor playa de Florida! Ago-Oct Disponibilidad!

Disfrute de sus vacaciones en Florida en nuestro refugio familiar de Saint Augustine Beach, junto al mar, en la isla Anastasia (Crescent Beach). Hay una duna que protege nuestro condominio del océano. Este espacioso condominio de 1000 pies cuadrados con dos dormitorios y dos baños con alojamiento en la cama para cuatro personas tiene todas las comodidades para estadías de cualquier duración. Nueva cama king-size en el dormitorio principal y dos nuevas camas individuales (con colchones actualizados) en el segundo dormitorio, tres televisores con más de 70 canales, Netflix, cocina completa con lavadora, estufa, secadora y lavavajillas actualizados. Dos sofás cama y sillón reclinable en la sala de estar.

Algunas de las actualizaciones desde la compra hasta el presente incluyen cocina nueva en 2019, ropa de cama y toallas nuevas, dos televisores nuevos, microondas nuevo, pintura fresca y decoración. Recientemente se agregaron hermosos azulejos y nuevos sofás y sillones reclinables.

Nuestro condominio está ubicado a solo unos pasos de una hermosa piscina con azulejos y acceso privado a la playa. Nuestros niños pueden llegar de la puerta a la orilla en poco más de dos minutos, y la playa es de arena blanca hermosa, no una concha de coquina que lastima los pies.

Recoge conchas mientras paseas por la playa hasta un maravilloso café frente a la playa, o si prefieres cocinar en la cocina bien equipada. Y no olvides visitar los tesoros de San Agustín, la ciudad más antigua de América del Norte. ¡Mucho para familias y parejas para hacer y disfrutar!

Aquí hay mucho para entretener a los niños, y solo un corto viaje en automóvil al golf de clase mundial y al teatro IMAX en World Golf Village. Para su disfrute, el área ofrece muchos lugares históricos y entretenidos, boutiques y restaurantes, incluido el St. Faro de Agustín, Castillo de San Marco (antiguo fuerte español), Granja de cocodrilos y fabulosa calle George Street

Idealmente situado a una hora y media de Orlando y Cabo Cañaveral, y 45 minutos al sur de Jacksonville. ¡Un viaje de un día a Disney World, Sea World u otras atracciones de Orlando a una fracción del costo de alojarse en los Parques y sus seres queridos estarán encantados con la playa en su patio trasero!

Quaint Quail Hollow

This condo has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation whether for the family or a couple! Updated appliances and all the kitchen amenities you need! Awesome washer and dryer and smart tvs so you can log into all our apps! The most thoughtful part was the basket of face masks in the bathroom to test yourself! Comfy beds and location is perfect! I highly recommend!

We made most of our stay, started at the beach in the mornings, pool for lunch, and evening back at the beach. We all enjoyed being so close.

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a great time in St. Augustine and part of that is because of this VRBO. Owner communication was excellent. Condo was close to everything! Great pool and even better beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again!

Very fun vacay!

The location of the condo was great! We really loved the private access and proximity to the beach. The owner supplied boogie boards and chairs, which we greatly appreciated. The email we got from VRBO was a bit confusing at first due to the many codes that were listed, but we figured it out. And we were happy to have the codes since it made the property feel more safe and secure. Overall a great stay!

Been coming to to this location for over 14 times , place is very convenient , private , safe place to go on vacation , been to other places through out Florida and we always say doesn’t compare to qual hollow atmosphere . Condo is close to beach short walk over the dunes . Will definitely return again Devin the owner is great

Perfect vacation!

We loved it! It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we will definitely be back. The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. Our days began with coffee on the patio, then a long beach walk on the absolutely stunning beach. A visit to the old city in St. Augustine is a must. We also really enjoyed the Alligator Farm and all of the places we ate dinner. Favorites would have to be Harry's and The Beachcomber. We look forward to our next stay at Quail Hollow. The property was ok. The place we stayed in could use some updating. It was close to the beachh .

We had to cut our vacation short because there was a leak in the bathroom upstairs. However Devin did work with us and since we liver 45 minutes away we decided to go home.

I think the rating assigned to this review was based upon a leak from the condo upstairs that was not within my control. I worked with the renter and provided them a refund for the period of time that did not stay with us. We work hard to make sure everyone's stay is satisfactory. Other ratings for are condo are more indicative.

Perfect location for beach, pool, St Augustine and travel our other destinations.

Devin's well documented instructions for directions, code entry, parking space etc. were a great help, especially since we arrived much later then we planned. The condo was a welcome relief after many hours on the road. The beds were so inviting and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space and were pleased to have two full bathrooms to share. The new kitchen cupboards and counters were well appointed with everything we needed and easy to locate, including plastic storage and bags for leftovers while there. It was also great having the washer/dryer which we used frequently. My one suggestion for Devin is to put all instructions for appliances in a binder in the tall kitchen pantry cupboard where anyone (especially SHORT people) can see them. ☺️ We love the beach but, unfortunately a bit too windy the days we had on it. However, the pool was very enjoyable with plenty of lounge chairs etc. to relax in. It was great for a home base since we did travel to Cocoa Beach and Universal and still were back at the condo at the end of our day. The condo is well located between the parking space, the pool and the beach. It is very quiet and the grounds are full of flowering plants. We especially liked al the beautiful hibiscus blossoms. Our trip initially was only going to be three then up to six and ended up with five due to changes in schedules. Devin was very good about accommodating our changes. He even made an earlier offer for our arrival which was gracious of him. He kept in touch to be sure all was ok for our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you Devin for sharing your condo!

Everything was as advertised! Excellent condo and space. Walk to the beach was a little more than expected, but not much more. If we go back to St. Augustine next year, would book this condo again!

Amazing condo!!

This was the PERFECT spot for me and my family! The condo was stocked with anything you may need, with just a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and inviting. We will absolutely stay here again next year!

Nice week at our favorite beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was accurate. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (as described), but that isn't a problem when you can drive on the sand. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but overall it was a nice property at our favorite beach. The pool didn't look great when we arrived, but it was shut down one day for cleaning and we enjoyed it the rest of the week. The complex is nice, quiet, and very private. Would stay here again.

overall a verry nice stay, clean large condo and the price was about what you would pay for a motel on the beach. distance from beach was further than expected but property was better than expected for this price range. have to walk aprox quarter mile to beach through the condo complex... /large nice 2 bed condo with good amenities... good deal for the money

Great condo at a very affordable rate!

This was a wonderful condo for our family of four. We were close to the pool and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. We were spending about half of our time in St. Augustine and that was only a 20 min drive away. Enjoyed our stay!

Anne - I'm sorry that you found the toilets too low. We have updated both toilets to be extra tall. We have also updated the electric fixtures, but the existing electric service does meet NEC code. I do not know the basis for your claim.

Great St Augustine

This was our first visit to the Beach, we had visited St Augustine already, but this time was really enjoyable and we were able to visit many Historical sites and discover the town history and live. Our stay at the rental was OK, very nice beach though a bit cold for us, very wavy but still we had a very good time. We have other places to visit and discover on our next time visit.

Great if you want to disconnect from the world.

The unit was very comfortable. The only two issues I had were the fact that internet, even though we had the wifi info, was virtually non-existent. They second problem was how far we had to walk to get to the beach. When the description say private acces, it means after you walk up multiple steep steps and over a very long wooden peer looking thing.

I'm sorry you had problems with the wifi. We live in our condo 7-8 months/year and I work from home. Our internet service today is excellent with very rare interruptions. Accessing the beach does require stairs or walking up a sloped road and crossing a boardwalk. Even with this, our complex is closer to the beach compared to most complexes on the island. They all involve walking a distance. It takes 2-3 minutes to access the beach.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME, THE BEACH WAS JUST A COUPLE MINUTE WALK FROM THE FRONT DOOR. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. IT WAS GREAT HAVING A WASHER AND DRYER AVAILABLE. THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS WARM, CLEAN AND INVITING. DEVON WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND WAS ON TOP OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US. WILL DEFINTELY BOOK WITH DEVON AGAIN. Very Nice will be great if updated.

We really enjoyed our stay . St Augustine is just amazing. Property is nice and very clean.. However kitchen needs a to be updated. Not too inviting. I just used the coffee machine and the toaster.it is clean but too rusty. Other than that and the need of new towels the property is nice for the price. Super comfortable!!
