A beautiful UPDATED ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home. It has enough room to sleep six. There is a 1/2 bathroom conveniently located downstairs. This UPDATED condo is furnished with a king bed in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There is a large TV for the sports fans in the family room, a desk for that quick conference call, and a DVD player with a variety of movies for entertainment within the condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer, and high speed internet access for those quick work email glances and to save on phone data.

Sit on the balcony while watching the waves crash. Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic!! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed across the street at the inlet. You truly get the best of both worlds. **During the hurricane last fall, we had some damage to some of the balcony dividers. *The balcony is still fully functional* and will be repaired ASAP.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Each section of Summerhouse has its own gated walkout to the beach so you never have a long walk to the beautiful beach.

We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Truly everything you could possibly need for that perfect beach vacation. We are just up the street from our rental unit to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise.

For our boating friends, we have a parking lot for the boats with a washout station as well. Several boat ramps all around our property. The parking lot can also accommodate those traveling with a trailer.

Rainy day? Too much sun? No worries. We have several DVDs along with cards and games for your use.


Port Canaveral is only a couple hours away so you can watch Space Launches from the comfort of your front door or on the beach.

As if being on beautiful Crescent Beach was not enough, Summerhouse is conveniently located near all of the popular attractions that St. Augustine, the Oldest City, has to offer. Historic St. Augustine and the Castillo de San Marcos are a mere 15 minutes to the north of Summerhouse and Daytona Beach is an hour to the south. Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions are about 2 hours away.
