Cross over the little bridge and spend time in nature with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains at our newly renovated 1920s, 7 acre modern farmette! 3 BR + 2 addt'l sleeping areas. Stylish furnishings & well equipped kitchen. Minutes to top of Wintergreen (8minutes), Devils Backbone Brewery (4 minutes), Blue Ridge Parkway (5minutes), wineries, cideries, and all that the 151 Trail has to offer!
Wake up with fresh coffee & eggs from our chicken coop! Spend time hiking, swim the river, and warm up by our natural stone fire pits or hot tub! The BEST location!
The space
One first floor primary with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs offers a King room & large bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. 2 spacious bathrooms include double sinks and separate toilet room! Each large room has privacy however the pass through rooms each have accommodations to sleep 3 additional persons, ideal for sharing with families. All sleeping areas/rooms are VERY spacious, comfortable, and well appointed.
Outdoor swings, hammock, patio, Rockfish River, trails, fire pits, ducks & chicken coop create a magical ambiance for your getaway!
Kitchen is well stocked for dining and cooking in. Gas grill available for usage.
The first floor primary suite is spacious and private with a television and bathroom for your comfort.
Guest access
All areas of the house are accessible. Garage is for owner only.
Other things to note
The river is beautiful and flowing, even a great watering hole deep enough for a quick swim or great trout fishing. Large fire pit by the water and additional small gas fire pit on the back deck by the hot tub!
Perfect for families, anyone needing a first floor primary, group gatherings, or friend getaways! A unique experience and photos cant convey the coziness of the space - you will LOVE being here!

This location provides the best of all the mountain amenities - we have huge natural firepits, acres to explore, room to expand our chicken coop and only minutes from the top of Wintergreen for winter and summer time fun & easy dining! Not to mention all the wineries and cideries nearby - we love this little community!
