This 5-bedroom is everything you need for your next family vacation, complete with a fully stocked kitchen with both large and small appliances, stainless steel appliances, a large living area for the entire family to enjoy, or lounge by the private fenced-in swimming pool (season pool heat offered, fees apply), and ample parking for up to 6 vehicles . Newly constructed, it is located in the heart of Garden City Beach, within minutes of the Garden City Pier and Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk’s finest restaurants. This beautiful beach oasis is a perfect example of Coastal living! Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Loved being able to bring our dog with us! She had a blast! Kitchen was equipped with so many gadgets and plates, appreciated that! Left a star out for cleanliness solely because of spiders in corners/ palmetto bugs. Loved the house and hope to stay again soon!

The house was perfect for us. There were some small issues that really didn’t have an impact on our stay but should be addressed. The garbage disposal was not working, the faucet fixture in the kitchen is loose, the bathtub in the master bedroom is not attached to the floor and the left side garage door sounds like it’s going to fall off the track. Other than those tiny issues the house was perfect for our needs.

Very spacious condominium

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious for a group of 9. Great pool! We had older family members so it was very hard with steps. Lots of steps to get in and out of the condominium. Only complaint was no garage door opener. Someone would have to run up and down the steps to close or open the door. If you aren’t parking in the garage then it would be no problem. Also, there is no Keurig just a coffee pot for reference. A vacuum cleaner would have been helpful so we could sweep up dog hair but overall it was very well equipped for our stay!!!

Family Vacation

The property is very nice and well equipped. The pool is one of the best for size and cleanliness that we've experienced for a vrbo property with a private pool. There were minor inconveniences however overall this property worked well for our group of 11 and we'd definitely rent this one again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was gorgeous, but the location was not near enough to the beach that we could just go for a short walk. We had to load everything up, gather everyone, and then go on a hunt for parking. The pool area and grill shelter had no light for swimming or cooking at sunset or after. The rooms were amazing, but in the room where the younger ones slept in bunk beds was the only room with NO TV?! There is also a bedroom on the same level as the garage. Not so safe with exhaust fumes. The dishwasher works periodically, so we hand washed until we were busy packing everything else. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived, but maybe it was because the dishwasher pod door didn't open. Take your own paper towels and toilet paper too... theirs were very low quality. As for the pros, the design of the home was beautiful. The decorations were gorgeous! The rooms were quite spacious. The pool was clean and had plenty of room inside the fence. The shelter over the grill was nice and added shade from the elements. The comfort of the home was perfect! Easily booked. We will definitely be going with Seastar Realty in the future, but not with Carolina Girl or her sister home.

Location for bike week A+

Loved the location you can tell its new! Beautiful house with lots of great kitchen appliances. Having the pool was great to swim at night and the privacy fence was also a great touch. Having access to the garage was great for the bikes but would also be great for nice cars or anything you needed to store in there. Only suggestions I would say would put a full-length mirror somewhere in the house even a cheap one behind a door. Also, the couch was amazing but with the thin comforters some throws would also be nice. The rental company was great and let us in early for check in!

Great for large groups!

A brand new house is always such a plus! It was further from the beach than we typically stay but even that wasn’t an issue by renting a golf cart. We were close to restaurants and a fun ride to the beach access. The furniture, beds, kitchen were wonderful. The set up is great for a large group. The pool is wonderful! There were corn hole boards out there also. 🤗. More towels and blankets than needed. The garage accommodated our oversized SUV even with a back rack on. Things I would have loved to know- there IS a grill on site ( When I called the office a few days before our stay they said there was no grill). The ‘in law suite’ is located off the back of the garage on the very bottom level. A little tricky for our set up of adults/ kids as we thought 4/5 bedrooms were on the top floor but we made it work - just an FYI for others. Things that weren’t ideal- We did have to clean up 14 piles of dog poop before anyone could enjoy the pool area. Trash and black dog hair were under furniture and constantly blowing out from under everywhere. Had there been a vacuum cleaner it wouldn’t have been as frustrating. Hopefully these are things that can be addressed as they work the kinks out of the new property. We really had a wonderful time and were thankful for the chance to get our extended family together in one place!

A great getaway spot!

I was so excited to find this property on a short notice for Memorial Day weekend. It is new construction, so maybe it was just put on the market for rent. We were all very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and roominess of the house. We had 7 adults and one child, and the house was perfect. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, the living room is very cozy, the kitchen table sat all of us comfortably, and the pool was amazing. I wish the pool had more chairs, and I wish the pool had access from the house rather than having to go out the door and around to the back gate. But all in all, I still rate the property a 5/5. I would definitely stay here again.

Family-friendly luxury

Carolina Girl is a beautiful brand new modern home with everything you could need. The bedrooms are spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the bathrooms are beautiful and luxurious. The closets are huge, and the kitchen and living room are beautiful and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The pool area is private and comfortable, and big enough for everyone to have fun. The pantry is huge and the kitchen has whatever you need to cook and bake for your stay. Downstairs is a private mother in-law suite too that’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved this home!
