The convenient location is on the Dallas Streetcar line with the station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center, which is also close to Deep Ellum DART station. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day.
The entire downstairs unit is yours! You will have exclusive access to the covered front porch.
