Ground floor - The heart of the villa:

On the ground floor you will find the social hub of the villa. There is a spacious main, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room with a stunning aquarium with African fish from Lake Tanganyika and a cosy living room with a grand piano, modern TV and Netflix. There's a library for quiet moments, and a billiards room with a bar and games like chess, cards, dice and puzzles for fun. If you need to work, there is a light-filled office. From the ground floor you can go directly to the south terrace with seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a nice time with friends.

First floor - An oasis of peace:

On the first floor there are two luxurious bedrooms with king size beds and a shared large bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bath and a large private north-facing balcony with seating area where you can relax in peace. This floor comfortably accommodates up to six people in three double bedrooms.

Second floor - Privacy and comfort:

On the top floor you will find two additional bedrooms and a separate apartment. The larger of the bedrooms shares a south-facing balcony with the apartment, which has its own fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed (if required) and a bedroom with a double bed and standard bunk beds (single). The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people. The entire second and first floors together can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Luxury and details:

All rooms are furnished with quality designer furniture and almost all have en-suite bathrooms. Most rooms also have a balcony. The villa's interior is upscale, with hardwood floors, exotic wood paneling, high ceilings, airy spaces, high-end appliances and Bose sound systems. All this creates a unique atmosphere for your unforgettable stay in Prague.

With three separate workspaces and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, the villa is perfect for business trips.

We want you to feel as comfortable and free as possible. That is why we will hand you several sets of keys on arrival to ensure you have uninterrupted access to the villa for the duration of your stay.

Our villa is built on a slope and has a total of 4 floors. For your comfort and privacy, floors 1 to 3 are exclusively available.

I live in the basement (-1st floor), in a completely separate apartment with its own entrance and access to the garden, where our canine companions also roam.

Your rented space is completely private, secure and separate from my apartment. I want to assure you that your privacy is my priority. But I will also be happy to help or advise you if you need anything.

As a native Prague resident, I'll be happy to advise you on anything about your stay and recommend the best places Prague has to offer.

For your maximum comfort and a hassle-free stay, please specify the exact number of people when booking. This will allow us to prepare all the amenities, such as bed linen and towels, in the appropriate quantity. If you are interested in organizing events, commercial photo shoots or filming, please contact us in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.

We can also arrange pre-arrival grocery shopping, ensuring snacks and drinks are ready upon your arrival. This saves you valuable time and enhances your stay. Examples can be seen in the photos at the end of the image gallery.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival and departure, we can arrange a private transfer for you from the airport/bus or train station directly to the villa and back again. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, please let us know your arrival details, and we'll send you a quote.

As a welcome gift, we provide fresh fruit, quality coffee beans, a selection of teas, bottled water, and cooking spices.

The villa's maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

Unregistered and unpaid guests will not be accommodated.

For your convenience we offer parking in our garage. The parking space must be reserved in advance and is charged at 1 500 CZK per car and stay. The garage has a capacity of 3 vehicles and the maximum entrance height is 2 meters.
