Si disfruta de las vistas al agua, será difícil encontrar algo mejor. La impresionante vista de la Bahía de Boca Ciega desde nuestro condominio frente al mar totalmente amueblado se puede disfrutar desde la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Las vistas continúan en la piscina climatizada y la bañera de hidromasaje, situadas al borde de la bahía.

Puede sentarse en su balcón y tomar sus comidas o bebidas mientras observa a los delfines divertirse, los barcos navegan, los pelícanos jugando y las inolvidables puestas de sol. Al anochecer, disfrute de las luces de John’s Pass y las otras comunidades que rodean la bahía.

Disfruta de la serenidad y la belleza de vivir en la isla sin perder la ciudad o las playas. Downtown St. Los restaurantes y la vida nocturna de Petersburgo están a 7 minutos, con las playas y sus actividades a solo 5 minutos.

La cocina incluye gabinetes de madera, encimeras de granito, refrigerador, microondas, lavavajillas y electrodomésticos. Todo el condominio está alicatado para un control óptimo de la alergia. La lavadora y la secadora están fuera de la cocina. El sofá de la sala de estar (dormitorio) es cómodo y hermoso, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial.

Amazing location and view

This place was so perfect for us! Not only is it located right on the water, but it's right next to an amazing rum bar that you can easily walk to. We even saw alligators in the water! The place was clean and just perfect for us.

Communication was fantastic. Got immediate responses to questions. Only a couple of minor issues and those were resolved quickly. Balcony was huge and the view wonderful. Yes, there is traffic noise which is to be expected. Overall the accommodations were very good.

Access to the property

This was the second time that I have stayed at this property and had a problem with gaining access to the unit. I did not see the email with the code prior to traveling to Florida. Otherwise, it was an awesome visit.

Waterfront Condo, Convenient Location

Very nice waterfront condo - clean, tastefully decorated in a beach theme, well stocked kitchen, and a good assortment of cleaning products to make tidying up a breeze. Washer and dryer in unit made doing laundry easy. Condo is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach with lots of amazing parks within short driving distance. Unit has fantastic view from the balcony off the living room and bedroom. We spotted dolphins on several occasions. Considerable traffic noise made conversation on the balcony a challenge but it eased at night. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a mattress pad. Resort has a heated pool kept at a comfortable temperature, nice hot tub, pier for fishing or relaxing, small exercise room, and a game/tv room for gatherings.

Great except for the…

We have stayed at the resort multiple times in different condos so very familiar with the rules. The condo was exactly what you saw in the photos. Great view and fairly spacious for our family of 5. My biggest complaint would be the housekeeping. We arrived on Friday at 4pm after driving all night so we all were tired and didn’t notice things until later. I liked that the owner messaged me Saturday morning, but I wish I had noticed things before messaging back. The towels that were washed before us checking in were still wet… they were folded, on the rack, but wet. The pull out couch bed was used on Sunday night. The sheets on it were dirty and was full of crumbs. There was dishes left in the dishwasher and they were dirty. I’m guessing because the box of dish cleaner was empty and no other soap available for dishes. Typically when we stay somewhere, there is amble supplies for our time. But we needed to purchase garbage bags as there was none in the condo, dish washer cleaner, and paper towels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again as the owners were great to work with..

Perfect location!

Unit is over looking the bay with large wall to wall glass doors to soak it all in. The condo is very updated and clean. Our family felt it was a home away from home. The pool and hot tub over looking the water were very relaxing. There is a bit of road noise while out on the balcony. However, the view cancels it out. Also, you can not hear any of the road noise when the doors are closed.

It was a bumpy start

First the place is exactly as advertised. I’ve stayed in this complex before and the noise from the road is significant. It is priced accordingly and a good value for the price. You will hear the road noise. My review does not reflect the noise, it is exactly as advertised. Here’s where it got bumpy. I did not get the code until 10 minutes before 4. Made me nervous as that’s not how it is advertised. Ok, got in, the place needs a little TLC. Little things like the floor molding needs to be touched up. Nothing horrible. The toilet in the master ran continually. Contacted the property manager, they will contact their handyman. Great. Scheduled an appt the following week. They no showed. And never called to reschedule. So that was a pita using just the one toilet. Was sent the wrong code to the pool. That didn’t get cleared up until Monday or Tuesday (checked in Friday). The bath towels were horrible. First they all need to be replaced, every single one. The face cloths are worse than rags and 3 I think was all we had. In a 2 br/2 ba. The hand towels were plentiful. The bath towels were not. No pool towels either. The kitchen hand towels were water resistant, iykwim. Annoying to me-not a single USB port in the entire place. Luckily I had brought a plug but ended up buying more so I could charge my phone and my iPad. On the plus side, the bed was so comfy! All in all a good stay, I would rent here again but bring my own towels. It is a nice 2br unit in a complex w mostly 1 br. The place just needs to see a little love.

Family spring break

We really had an amazing time here, the condo had beautiful views where we saw beautiful sunsets and a few dolphins. The pool was so much fun for all of this with great views too!! The location is great, easy to get to everything! I only wish we stayed longer! Definitely recommend!!

Family winter getaway

Took the family on a winter getaway, the condo that we rented was perfect! It had everything we needed for our week stay, was very clean and close to all the amenities that we wanted. I would recommend this place!

Spectacular Sunsets

This property is in a perfect location to get to areas of interest in St Pete, John's Pass, and the beach. Spectacular sunsets every night from the balcony or pool area. There is a bridge near by with traffic noise, but didn't stop us from using the balcony for morning coffee or watching the sunsets.

Relaxing Vacation

Boca Ciega #405 has the best of everything. The beds, including the pull out bed in the living room, were very comfortable. Days we slept in without intending to. The balcony sitting area is spacious which allows great views of the water, sunsets and fresh breeze to be enjoyed. TVs in all the rooms allowed ourselves and our boys to watch our preferred shows without interrupting each other. Blanche has a wonderful spot here. It was close to everything: mall, restaurants, fast food and movies.

Amazing views and clean!

We absolutely loved staying here and will be back next time we visit the area. The patio view is amazing walking out on the private dock and looking around is so nice. The place was very clean and well kept. Property manager was very helpful and we never had to wait for a answer she was on it at all times. We went with another group who stayed at a different place and they had nothing but issues and could not get in touch with the manager to get things resolved. So grateful we didn’t have any issues. I def recommend staying here it is by a busy highway but so close to the beach it’s def worth it and the noise isn’t bad inside.

Amazing condo!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! We will absolutely be back. There was a bit of difficulty with the code at check in, but I have a feeling that was a technical issue on my side. We did have a few questions and Blanche was so sweet and quick to respond. Our girls loved having their own space, and my husband and I loved our view every morning. Please let me talk about the jet tub! It was so deep! I’m 5’9” and fit very well. When sunk down I comfortably put my head back and the water was at my shoulders. The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. We had family in Saint Pete, and in Riverview. We were able to easily commute when needed or escape to the beaches close by. Thank you for sharing your lovely second home with us! 🥰 ❤️ 🏝

Great access to beaches!

Property owner great to work with! Response time was very quick. The condo was fully equipped, clean, decorated cute and the beds were very comfortable! There is quick access to the beaches and restaurants galore to choose from! The only downside here is the property is on a very busy and noisy Hwy. The property feels very safe and a grassy area for pets is great! The pool area was lovely and pool is kept at 86 degrees! We were delighted to see many dolphins from the porch! Sunsets are gorgeous from the porch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic!

Please don’t stay here so it’s available next time we get to go to Florida. The condo was great and we used the pool/hot tub every day! The noise of the road didn’t bother us much and you can’t hear it inside the condo unless it’s an emergency vehicle.

View, view, view

The view alone was worth the $. Loved waking up to dolphins playing in their natural habitat. We had a hard time leaving the condo the first couple of days. My husband and I would sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, manatees, and fish for hours before we would look at a clock to realize it's 2pm and we haven't done anything yet.
