The property was great! Clean, well kept and air conditioning was cold! We really enjoyed the downstairs hang out area and close proximity to the beach. Our stay could have been better if we had used a different golf cart rental company. Massive issues with Joy Rides golf carts before and during our stay put a little bit of a damper on an otherwise great stay.

Loved it. Very clean, great location. Would suggest more wash cloths and kitchen towels. Only two were provided for 5 guest and the clean towels on our beds when we arrived were still damp. Other than that, the place was great . We had a great time with our family. We will definately book again.

I really liked the layout of the house and space. There’s an outside shower for coming back from the beach that I considered a bonus. We walked the beach everyday during our stay… it only felt about 10 minutes. The only thing that I did communicate with the property manager during the stay was the washer and dryer. One of throws appliances ripped two of the towels we brought. They offered maintenance to come by to fix but it’s was already at the end of the trip when this occurred. I would recommend to stay just need to update those appliances.

Cold Showers

The majority of the stay we didn’t have hot water because there were issues with the water heater. I had to call the office 3 times due to not having hot water. The house was cozy. It was well stocked with pots & pans but could use more mixing bowls, leftover containers, dish towels, & spatulas.

Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with Cleanliness

Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with CleanlinessI wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. While I wasn’t expecting luxury based on the photos, the home was uncomfortably dirty, dusty, and in serious need of a deep clean. It feels like the baseboards haven’t been touched in years. There were bugs, the carpet smelled of mildew, and parts of it appeared moldy. The bedsheets had visible stains, and we found hair and dust throughout the space. The property has potential to be charming with some care and attention, but as it stands, it’s not worth the cost. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a bonus.

Gets the job done

Pretty bare bones rental: kitchen amenities were basic but at least clean. Towels were in the dryer when we arrived, seemed weird but at least, again, clean The community pool was nice and not overly crowded Easy access by cart (separate rental) to the beach It's your standard beach rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. Ac is super cold. Master bed is a queen and not a king, but super comfy. We brought a blow up mattress (cause we had 8 people) and put it in the living/dining room. Lots of room underneath the home for washers or ladder golf. No beach view but still worth it. We were a golf cart ride within 5 minutes from everything.
