Take exit 205 onto Clark Rd./SR 72 heading west toward Siesta Key. After approximately 4 miles turn right into Swift Rd. After 0.2 miles turn left into Constitution Blvd. After approx. 1-mile turn right into Lusitania Dr. You will see the home on the right side of the road. It is the first house on the right.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. The garage is not available to guests.

The open-concept living spaces are designed with vacation relaxation in mind. The living room features has vaulted ceilings and features a comfortable seating area, with a TV and a fireplace. The large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern high-end appliances like a gas cooktop and ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The open concept allows to entertain guests at the counter or in the adjacent formal dining area. A half bathroom or powder room on the first floor provides convenient access from the common areas for guests and renters.

The home has a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom features a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower. Boasting a contemporary design and thoughtful amenities, the other bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom, which can be accessed from one bedroom directly and across the hallway from the other. One bedroom has a trundle bed, which can be pulled out and is more suitable for younger guests. Access the balcony from 2 of the bedrooms and enjoy the view of the river and the pool area, while having a cool drink from the fridge nearby.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
