Welcome to your home away from home - 'Southern Comfort' is the perfect family haven, boasting over 3,200 sq feet and sitting in the heart of Seacrest! This property sleeps up to 16 guests with 4 BD's plus a bonus Carriage house with an additional room! Beach access is easy breezy – you can walk to private beach access or jump on the complimentary tram that takes you to straight to the beach. Bonus: You'll also have access to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool - the best in 30A!

- 4 complimentary bikes give you the ability to cruise around! Options are endless – you can take The Timpoochee Trail all the way down 30A, or cruise into Alys for coffee and breakfast at Fonville Press, or head to Rosemary for Acai bowls or shopping and dining. It's the best way to get around 30A!
- Private beach access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 2 min walk.

🏠Home Walkthrough ~
- 1st Floor: The main floor showcases a spacious living and dining area, ideal for your entire group to gather. Bar seating complements the fully equipped kitchen, allowing for easy dining and buffet-style meal displays. Wanna stay in? Pop a movie on the 70" HD TV and enjoy!
-1st Floor: Tucked away behind the kitchen, with a door to the hall entry to ensure privacy, is a Queen Bedroom and Full Bath on the main level.
- 2nd Floor: There are TWO King Bedrooms plus a Bunk Room that sleeps 4 on the 2nd level. Each Bedroom and Bunk has its own wall-mounted TV. The Primary Bedroom Suite has a beautiful tile and glass shower, a double vanity, a walk-in closet and its own private balcony.
- 3rd Floor: The 3rd Level has a Bonus Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and a full bath. There is also a 65” TV and kitchenette/bar with mini-fridge.
- 3rd Floor: Step outside and catch the gulf breeze on the enormous, 672 sq. ft. 3rd level deck while relaxing or watching the game on the wall-mounted 55” TV.
- Carriage House: offers 16 ft. ceilings and another King Bedroom suite. The Carriage House living area is spacious and has a sleeper sofa, with a wall mounted TV, a FULL open kitchen with island for a private getaway.

- Dedicated parking is available for 4 vehicles and there is also limited street parking.
- Amenity passes for private Seacrest beach and access to 12,000 sq ft pool and snack bar
- Complimentary coffee - Beach gear – we've got you covered on beach towels and beach chairs.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer. - The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after the beach!
- Gas grill

Other things to note:
- Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
