El Coco View Villa está convenientemente ubicado en un entorno rural rodeado de exuberantes plantaciones. ¡Frutas y verduras orgánicas en el jardín! Ahorre en comestibles! La vista es realmente espectacular; nos han dicho en numerosas ocasiones que es uno de los más increíbles de la isla.

Esta pintoresca villa es abundante en flora y fauna y puede simplemente sentarse en la terraza y disfrutar de la belleza durante todo el día y toda la noche. Los amaneceres y las lunas llenas son increíbles ya que brillan en el océano. ¡Las brisas son fabulosas y maravillosas en el calor del Caribe! La villa está orientada al sureste, lo que proporciona una gran brisa natural y temperaturas perfectas en la tarde. El sol directo de la tarde caribeña puede ser sofocante. ¡Esta villa tiene la mejor exposición caribeña!

Cada terraza es privada y tiene más de 500 pies cuadrados de espacio al aire libre y la villa está situada en medio acre de hermosas palmeras, flores y frutas y verduras para su placer gastronómico. ¡En la temporada, también podemos organizar el cangrejo y langosta para que te traigan! Chef disponible bajo pedido. Cocina del oeste de la India del Caribe. Todos los tipos de cocina disponibles también.

El Coco View Villa está situado en una exuberante ladera con vistas al océano Atlántico y al mar Caribe. La villa puede ser de una, dos o tres habitaciones, sean cuales sean sus necesidades. La propiedad de 1/2 acre tiene árboles frutales y una cantidad de vegetales de jardín para su placer gastronómico. Es un ambiente ecológico que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto internacional y las playas de arena blanca que son famosas por el kite y el windsurf. Todos los servicios disponibles a 10 minutos en coche. También hay excelentes restaurantes locales.

La villa se puede alquilar en su totalidad o en parte, ya que tiene 3 salas de estar separadas:

Palm: 2 hab, rey / reina con cocina completa (DW) y 500 pies cuadrados de terraza. Lavadero común en este piso, separado pero accesible desde Palm Suite.

Cococut: 1 hab, rey con cocina completa y 300 pies cuadrados de cubierta. Entrada independiente y entrada de unión con Palm Suite, bloqueable desde ambas unidades.

Mango: 1 hab, cocina completa y 500 pies cuadrados de terraza.

Las unidades están completamente amuebladas con modernos muebles de alta calidad y son completamente privadas.

Todas las unidades tienen acceso a lavandería e islas de cocina y lavabos con vistas al Océano Atlántico y a las Islas Marie. La vista es increíble, nuestros huéspedes están realmente asombrados.

Los jardines incluyen una variedad de frutas y verduras, algunas de ellas disponibles durante todo el año, otras de temporada: piña, plátano (8 variedades), mango, coco, manzana (dorado y amor), naranja, lima, limón, pomelo, fruta de la pasión, aguacate, caña de azúcar, cebollas, lechuga, tomate, papa (blanca y dulce), berenjena, provisiones de tierra caribeña (tania, dashene y árbol del pan). Flora incluye palmeras (Traveler, Saw Palmeto, Christmas, Coconut), Bird of Paradise, Allamanda, Ixora, Firecracker, Hibiscus y Bougainvillea. Nuestros agricultores locales a menudo entregan lo que no está disponible en el jardín a la villa. ¡O puedes dar un paseo e ir a buscarlos! ¡La ladera y la villa son un Jardín del Edén!

El vecindario es tranquilo y amigable. Hay 4 fuentes de agua dulce en la ladera y dos de ellas se utilizan para embotellar agua de Bamboo Springs. Es una pequeña planta escondida en una plantación de plátanos más arriba en la ladera.

Somos oficiales retirados y amamos el agua. Navegamos más de 4.000 kms para llegar a Santa Lucía. Podemos ayudarlo a organizar excursiones por tierra y mar ya que también tenemos un velero.

También podemos mostrarle una variedad de lugares para cenar o dónde comprar alimentos si prefiere cocinar en la villa. También podemos abastecer su nevera y su barra (costo adicional) para su llegada.

Amazing property in a perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at Coco view villa in the hills near Vieux Fort. The property is just a short drive from the airport and the beautiful beaches. The views from the property are stunning. Huge thanks to our host Ken for making our vacation so special (Ken’s wife Dianne was away during our stay so we didn’t get to meet her but we did chat on the phone). Ken and Dianne have created something really special and we do not hesitate in recommending this property to others who want to experience the real Saint Lucia. We are already planning our next visit.

Million dollar view!!!

We loved our stay, perfect set up for a couples vacation.The owners of this property were extremely responsive, both before our visit and during .The place itself is very spacious, with a lot of room to cook and lounge. The kitchen has a good selection of appliances, including a toaster, microwave and drip coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was always hot with good water pressure.Parking Spaces available right next to property giving a safe comfort feel..The views from the house and the pool were amazing.I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily return!

Stunning views and top notch accommodations!

Ken and Diane’s rental villa was fabulous. Outstanding views from a large patio/deck where you can eat or just relax. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms very nice size with comfortable beds. Ken and Diane were gracious hosts, showing us local places to eat and visit. You will not be dissappointed with your stay here.

A beautiful place. The house would be exceptional anywhere but happens to be situated on a lush mountainside very near incredible beaches. Ken is the kind of person who truly enjoys and excels at being a host and will make you feel at home. The view! Your host!!!!

What a wonderful experience! Ken checked in to make sure everything was okay. As I was traveling alone this connection made me feel very safe. And if anything was needed, food, water, travel tips, good company Ken was there!!! The property is lovely and the to die for. I certainly recommend making this home base to visit St. Lucia!!!!

Beautiful Sunrise

This is a great place and a beautiful home. The host Ken was awesome and showed us around the community where we enjoyed the local people and food. The sunrises at this home are spectacular and it was nice and clean with a great kitchen to cook in. Ken and Diane have the best dogs and they were very friendly and well behaved. Word of warning tho, the whole neighborhood has dogs and a few of the neighbors dogs bark all night. If this is not something you are used to it could make for a sleepless night unless you have earplugs.

Amazing View and Hospitality

My lady and I had a great experience at the Coco View Villa and with Ken and Diane on their sailboat. We spent the entire day on the water snorkeling, eating great fresh seafood and fruit as well as enjoyed the local beverages: Rum Punch and Peton Lager. Wade and Theresa were excellent hosts of the villa and were very willing to help us with places to see and where to get fresh fish and lobster right off the boats! We rented the top floor which had an awesome view of the ocean, we really didn't want to leave since we had seen most of the Island the week prior. The only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay there! Highly Recommend this place if you are looking for some R&R with a view.

Great view, Great place, Great people

The only disappointing part about our stay at Coco View was that we were only there for 4 days! Ken and Diane have a beautifully constructed place with one of the best views on the entire island. Its just a few minutes from the airport and convenient to tons of great food and beaches. They're a great resource for how to make your St. Lucia vacation the best it can be wether you prefer laying on beautiful beaches or filling your days with adventure. We would recommend staying at Coco View to anyone. Additionally we had the pleasure of joining Ken and Diane on their boat for an afternoon; an unbeatable experience. I hope we get the opportunity to join them again some day!

Coco View villa - amazing view and amazing people

We stayed at the villa for 12 days and enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Ken was outstanding with all that he did. We have traveled a lot but never experienced such hospitality. Ken was not only helpful, caring and responding to our needs/requests, but he become our friend and we felt as a part of the family there. The view from the villa is outstanding - you can see ocean and enjoy beautiful sunrise. The description of the villa match what is indicated on the vrbo website. There is a lot to see and enjoy in St. Lucia, but for us the most outstanding was close community ties in Pierrot (location of the villa) and the fact that they embrace you as their own. Pictures don't do it justice

Don't miss out on seeing the South and all the amazing things it has to offer. We asked for Diane to feed us for a few meals. She fed us so well with fresh produce and local foods. Don't consider staying anywhere but Coco View! It was magical, like a treehouse. We were on the top floor which had the best views of our whole trip. Ken and Diane make this place what it is. They have built the most amazing home and have the most beautiful grounds and garden. They helped us put together fun itineraries to see the whole island...and went above and beyond to make this the trip of a lifetime. If you are looking at staying here....don't think twice! Just so it!

Beautiful Villa

We spent a week in February 2013 at the Coco View Villa. What a wonderful experience!! The view was breathtaking of the Atlantic and the Caribbean. The whole area is very lush. We went scuba diving with Chester in Soufriere. Diane, the owner, arranged this for us and he was wonderful. The personalized service was fantastic. We did not get to meet nor sail with the owners as they were in Barbados, but Sandra, the new villa manager is such a dear woman. She was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. Martin, the gardener, walked us to the plantation to get fresh grapefruit which were delicious! (Not a walk for those not in shape!) We would definitely stay here again.

A vacation in St. Lucia at Cocoview Villa that was everything and more!

Our 2 weeks at cocoview villa was absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The 4 of us stayed in the palm suite which was beautiful. We spent alot of our time on the wrap around veranda, sitting on the swings, taking in the breath taking view of the ocean. We enjoyed freshly squeezed grapefruit juice that we made ourselves from the grapefruit we picked with Martin at the near by farm. Martin is the fulltime gardener at cocoview villa. One of the highlights of our trip was our day out on Ken and Diane's sail boat. We sailed along the coast of St. Lucia and anchored between the 2 Pitons to have a wonderful BBQ lunch. We got more than expected this day as we were lucky enough to see a whale, a sea turtle and a flying fish. Next time we visit St. Lucia we will certainly entertain an overnight excursion with Ken and Diane on their sailboat. Their sailing expertise was top notch and made our day excursion really enjoyable. I can't say enought about Sandra (manager). Her customer service was exceptional and we really enjoyed sharing some good conversation and her tips on where to go and what to do on the island. Be sure to visit the Reef restaurant if you go to the beach which was beautiful. A great taxi driver for a trip around the island is Lambert. If you wish to spend some time in St. Lucia outside of a resort environment this is a wonderful way to experience it and spend time with the local people.

Off the beaten path...

We had a lovely stay at Coco View Villa - the house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with an amazing view and wrap-around deck. The beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of towels (both bath and beach). We appreciated the fans, though it never got super hot. Although there are no screens and we needed to keep doors and windows open for ventilation, we saw very few bugs. There is mosquito-netting over each bed, which we were encouraged to use, so that did help at night. Our biggest issue was the near-constant dog-barking that went on much of the night. Hard to ignore with the windows open! Kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need. We only cooked breakfasts, but it was a great convenience. We loved having our coffee on the deck every morning, and appreciated the gift of fresh coconut and other fruits that Mike and Cynthia brought up to us. We loved staying in a non-tourist area, and appreciated eating at the more "local" spots around Vieux Fort. Vieux Fort itself has very few amenities besides a Dominos pizza, grocery store and bank. The next nearest town (Laborie) has a couple of restaurants, and is a 15-20 minute drive. The main tourist areas are almost an hour away, so that made exploring a bit difficult. It was fun and adventurous, however, and we would recommend Coco View Villa to those willing to have a more authentic, off-the-beaten path adventure.

EVERYTHING……and more!!!!

My husband and I had had it with the NY Winter of 2015, so booked a whole month on St Lucia. The Coco View Villa was number one on our list of places to stay and Diane got back almost immediately….We booked and for months, we were looking forward to our visit. The villa was EVERYTHING and more, as described. What wasn't mentioned were the caretakers, Cynthia and Mike, who from the minute of our arrival, tended to our every need….And here's the best….they became fast friends. When we left, I cried buckets of tears…but I know I have forever friends in Cynthia and Mike. As for the villa, you will NOT be disappointed. If you stay for an extended period of time, you will become a part of the neighborhood…We LOVED that and that's why resorts are of no interest to us. I LOVED cooking meals with all the native veggies and fish and Mike was always ready with a new recipe idea to try!!! The surrounding gardens are beautiful with all sorts of things growing for guests enjoyment…And our next door neighbor, Ernie, dropped off fresh grapefruit…yum…and Harry, one of the gardeners, dropped off mangos. We stayed in the Coconut Suite, the top floor, and it was perfect for our needs…well equipped for cooking and bright and airy. The view is SPECTACULAR!!!! We also had the Palm Suite for a week when our two grown daughters visited and that was fantastic, as well!!! As for Diane and Ken, the owners……they are wonderful…Easy to work with them and so accommodating….I bought a guide book for St Lucia which was totally useless…Diane's packet is MUCH MORE useful and we did just about everything that was suggested….without disappointment!!!! Diane and Ken "found" us on the beach the second day we were there…Off sailing, they stopped by to check in with us…I was amazed that they found us and took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable…Really? Instant love, for sure!!!! My husband is not a real beach lover like I am, but he found lots to do that he liked doing and so we were both happy!!! Do NOT miss out on a stay here….

Beautiful villa, awesome hosts!

My husband and I had a lovely, romantic and relaxing week in the Palm suite for our 5th anniversary. The suite was beautiful and breezy, and we LOVED the covered deck that allowed us to watch the rainstorms come in from the ocean, as well as sit outside without getting sunburned. :) The villa was built with a lot of special touches, and love, as the owners Ken and Diane did a lot of the building themselves - what a beautiful kitchen with handmade cabinets by Ken! The location was about 10 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the nearby Sandy Beach, a nice, non-touristy beach with a couple restaurants (we spent a lot of time at Island Breeze - good food and drinks!) and plenty of wind for windsurfing or kite boarding. Ken and Diane couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating - we arrived to find our reserved rental car was not available, so they came to the airport and picked us up (and took us to the ATM, to get groceries, and to dinner!) and helped us to find a new car the next day! They also helped us with recommendations for a kite boarding instructor Numaya (WAY cheaper than at the Reef on Sandy Beach) and SCUBA diving with Chester at Hummingbird Resort, both of which we really enjoyed! Diane also took us on a hike through farms and plantations that neighbor the villa, and we got to have fresh grapefruit starfruit, guavas, papaya and more! We also did a fun day trip on their sailboat "Lost our Marbles" :) to Piton Bay, where we snorkeled and had lunch on the boat. A car is pretty much a must if you stay here. Even if you are into just hanging out and relaxing on vacations (which this place is PERFECT for!), you will still need to go into Vieux Fort to get groceries or use the ATM, or to get to the nearby Sandy Beach. 4WD would be best, as the road up to the villa is pretty rough, but we still did fine with a 2WD. The villa is about an hour driving away from the touristy stuff on the north of the island like Castries (cruise ship port), Pigeon Island National Park (do the hike up Signal Hill - AMAZING view!), Rodney Bay and a very mild zip line at Rainforest Adventures, all of which we visited. It is also about an hour away from Soufriere, which is where we started off our SCUBA day. The Palm suite is all one level - the stairs go up to the other apartment, where the door locks from both sides, but can be open for larger groups renting both apartments. Don't hesitate to rent this place - it is wonderful! :)

Superb hosts

The property is located away from the main tourist areas of the north and is set on a hillside amongst tropical surroundings. The terrace had stunning views of the Atlantic and the local people were lovely. The owners Diane and Ken were superb hosts, providing a lovely welcoming rum punch on arrival. Their gardens produced a bountiful supply of fruits which we could help ourselves to. They have a wonderful knowledge of the island and are happy to help with ideas and directions to get the most from your stay. They are currently working on landscaping the gardens which will provide easy access to enjoy the gardens and pool. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and very comfortable with everything you need for a home from home experience. A thank you also to Karen and Ish who manage the property when Ken and Diane are away, it was also a pleasure to meet you both and thank you for arranging a special viewing of Mamiku Gardens. We will definitely return to our new friends sometime soon hopefully.

We have local inexpensive taxi service to the beach or you can take the local bus ($1.25 ECD). It is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful banana farms of which our local farmers love to have our guests visit. They welcome you to pick the local fruit and vegetables and take them home to eat.

We have a variety of hiking trails that can be either easy or challenging. You can start right from the villa or visit other great hiking areas, for example the World Unesco Heritage Site Gros Piton. The hikes can vary from 1/2 to 4 1/2 hrs.

We know many of the local business & restaurant owners and can get you some fantastic food for excellent prices. We can also get you personal and discounted tour prices.

If your pleasure is relaxing, you can enjoy the spectacular view from one of our decks which in total are 800 sq ft. Enjoy our swinging chairs while sipping on your morning coffee or happy hour rum punch!
