Fully furnished one bedroom Condo apt. Sunny southern exposure. 2nd Flr in 1890 brick walk up in vibrant Bushwick Brooklyn.

Great nightlife with many restaurants and bars. Very close to transport for all of Brooklyn and Manhattan, L and M trains. All your shopping needs right on Knickerbocker Av. The cross street is Knickerbocker Av/ Dekalb Av
Two other units in this building and part of a larger very well maintained condo complex. One ( owner ) family lives upstairs and one ( long term tenant ) neighbor on the same floor as this unit.
This was our home for many years and have left most of our book collection and many records to enjoy on the awesome vintage sound system that you can also play a mobile device through. Brand new Room & Board sofa. Newly painted. We left most of our original furniture which became part of the space.
Butterfly Video Intercom, Fob key entry or Code entry and Key entry option. Very quiet as it is at the back of the building away from the main streets. 700 sqft private Patio at the back with potted garden which is beautiful in spring and summer. Patio furniture ( table, chairs, lounger ) and two large umbrellas.
Lease for term of stay will need to be signed and credit check.
