Central Location with easy Access to Chinatown, Little Italy and LES

The place is well furnished, clean and very much as described by the host. The location is great. Only downside: if you have difficulty sleeping if there is noise outside, make sure you bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

What a vibe!

Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it.

Apartment was in the perfect location. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do easily by walking or subway. Check in was smooth and we were met by someone to help us get bags up the stairs. Each bedroom with individual AC. Extremely clean. Owner communicated before, duting and after trip to make sure our stay was perfect!

The apartment was super beautiful and clean and well equipped. The location is incredible. On the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy. A neighborhood full of restaurants and near the metro. It was perfect!

Great stay!

This apartment was great for two couples with the bedrooms being at opposite ends of the unit. The neighborhood is pretty lively until around 9pm but it felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

An amazing stay

The apartment is an amazing place to stay. Located in an area that is literally between two different ways of life. Italy to one side and Asian on the other. There are so many restaurants to chose from each nationality. It’s also close to so many other places of interest. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which gives privacy if needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Acceptable but wouldn’t stay again

Apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped, we found the beds comfortable and the location was convenient. Communication was good. Noise is a bit of an issue however as it’s located above a restaurant that does live music some nights and also above a touristy gift shop that’s open late so there are often people outside talking loudly.Finally the apartment can get a bit stuffy as the windows in one of the bedrooms are bolted shut so getting fresh air is a challenge.

The front door is next to vendors... its busy, its noisy, its smelly. In the midst of ick. Owner is in denial. He reports thats its typical. Ive stayed in N Y many times. This was not typical.

We had a great stay. The apartment is small but makes good use of the space and is well appointed. Great location-right off Mulberry and Canal streets, close to subway stations, and many choices for good restaurants. We will definitely keep this location in mind if we visit again.

Great place in a great part of the city if you want to be away from Times Square. All the restaurants you could ask for in Nolita and Chinatown. The walls aren't the thickest ever in this building, so light, late sleepers will want the rear bedroom. You can hear business traffic from the front bedroom since it's only 1 floor up. The Canal Street station is close by, we went there basically every day. Walking up Bowery street to explore was great as well.

Die Einrichtung war völlig ok, sogar die grundlegenden Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze) waren vorhanden. Reichlich Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, Waschzeug etc. Die Lage zur viel befahrenen Subway Canalstreet war sehr gut, fußläufig SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown und viele Restaurants erreichbar. Gute Tipps vom Gastgeber für Lokale und Supermärkte. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was in NY sehr wichtig ist. Auch Nachts ein erhöhter Lärmpegel, aber das ist NY. Jederzeit wieder.
