Just minutes away from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, Solterra Resort features an amazing list of on-site amenities. During your stay, you'll have access to a pool, lazy river, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer field, walking trails, basketball court, bar, grill, and business center.

When you seek more privacy, a private pool is available right outside your back door. Inside, discover five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all professionally decorated and featuring some of your favorite Disney characters.

The fully equipped kitchen displays granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island/breakfast bar. Steps from here, the comfortable living room boasts plenty of seating and a large smart TV - great for family movie viewings. When more space is needed for movie viewings and morning cartoons, the spacious loft offers the perfect spot.

The bedrooms, equally inviting, display fun themes, soft linens, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer ties together the stellar list of interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
