Minutes from Disney! Clean family size Townhouse with a private pool.

Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.

• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

House was nice, easy to deal with property manager. Amenities of resort were very nice, as well check in was super easy. Would highly recommend for family doing Disney. We used Uber to travel to Epcot on New Year’s Eve.

Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of pillows, bathrooms were nice and clean, pool was clean and warm. There were 2 fans which we used because it does get a little warm in the home and we stayed in December. I would recommend a fan for every room especially if staying in the summer months. Property was quiet.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Parking in front of the house was perfect and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The listing says the house is “minutes” from the parks, but with traffic it’s really a 30-40 minute to drive to Disney and a 45-60 minute drive to Universal. The listing also says the house has a private pool, but it’s really more like the size of a large spa tub. We asked to have the heater turned on but the water still felt uncomfortably cool. Luckily, we have learned from prior vacation rentals and always travel with mini fans, because we would’ve been uncomfortable to sleep otherwise. We’re from southeast Florida and sleep with our AC at 66. If the unit can’t handle going below 72, then it may be time to replace the unit. Sleeping in FL heat with the AC at 72 is not comfortable. If we hadn’t brought fans with us, we wouldn’t have rated the stay as “good”.

My stay was nice. The development was beautiful and for the most part quiet except for the people to the left who appeared to have moved in doing renovations and banging at various time throughout the evening and night. The hedges initially pictured in the photos didn't prevent others from walking by observing those in the pool or on the patio, they appeared to be dead. The pillows in the upstairs master bedroom was HORRIBLE and FLAT on the too low platform bed. But overall it was an okay stay but not worth the money paid.

Perfect spot for our trip to Disney. Cleanliness is always top prior and this place was spotless! Perfect location, plenty of space and the pool is an added bonus.

The check in process was easy . The house was clean . The first 2 days of our stay we had no AC . The host was responding at a timely manner but they seem to have had issues in the past with the AC . They sent someone out the next day, they told the owner and us that the unit had to be replaced because it would shut off again . They didn’t want to replace it ! they had us wait it out to see if it would cool down … it didn’t she was responding that day until late at night where of course no one would come so late ! She mentioned she would refund me for the first 2 nights that didn’t happen after that she didn’t respond to my messages . I gave her ample time to respond and I hate to leave a bad review , but can you imagine the Florida heat and no AC . They just did a temporary fix on the AC I’m sure it will happen again !! They just keep draining it !!!

The property was very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable time overall. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn’t very cold, and we ended up using two fans in the kids’ room since it felt quite warm at night. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall experience was pleasant.

This was my 2nd stay at Solterra and it did not disappoint Check in was super easy and the ghost was very responsive. Excellent location with friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend.

Overall the space(layout) was great for our family of 5 and my sister. Unfortunately, the listing was slightly misleading. Ashley (the property manager) was very accommodating and helpful. The townhouse had zero fans! When those vacationing aren’t used to the heat, it was a must. The front desk does nothing for the townhouse, just another part of the resort. We ended up purchasing 3 new fans to be able to sleep for 20 each. When I pulled back covers initially, there was a stain. I removed all covers and redid the bed with other things. The dust was caked on all vents and the walls were extremely filthy. When we went to use the back pool, we had to remove clumps of hair from the previous guests. It was in no way vacuumed. We found an old piece of pizza in the trundle bed, The house was equipped with all amenities. We purchased dishwasher tabs and extra garbage bags which was completely fine. Neighbors were in back smoking marijuana while we were swimming with our family. FYI.The resort pool was very nice and my husband utilized the gym daily. We had issues with the second parking spot. In order for my sister to park she needed to be on the “account”. It should have been communicated prior to arrival. It has great potential and was quite a disappointment. We still enjoyed the trip, but had to make some extra moments for cleaning. I’m not even sure the actual owners are aware.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our drives to the parks weren’t too far and the townhouse was a great place to decompress after days at the parks! It was very clean and there were even Legos and a few other toys for my kids to play with! The access to the resort pool and lazy river was definitely worth the one time payment. We had a great day there on our off park day. We had a slight inconvenience being down one toilet, but was not a huge deal. The owner was helpful in getting our names on the list for easier check-ins after long days and was responsive when we told her of the bathroom issue, however, a plumber didn’t make it during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, The property was well maintained and clean. The only things that we we're uncomfortable with was entering Entering the neighborhood took at least 5 to 10 minutes at the gate. That was because of the holiday weekend. But overall it was a good property to book.

2 families stayed here and the size of the house was enough for all of us to be together when we want and to have our separate area to decompress after a full day at the park. Communicating with the owner was prompt and very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic VRBO, and I must say, the online listing does not fully capture the array of amenities included. The community pool is vibrant and inviting, creating a delightful atmosphere for relaxation. The property features a well-equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals without the need for additional equipment, which can significantly reduce dining expenses.Additionally, the hosts provide many essentials for visitors to Disney World, including a convenient cooler that kept our beverages chilled—an item that can be cumbersome to transport. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as coffee filters and extra pods for coffee lovers, as well as dishwashing supplies.The backyard pool is meticulously maintained, and the presence of an outdoor bathroom is a thoughtful addition to prevent wet feet from tracking into the house—especially helpful with children. Traveling with an elderly family member, I appreciated the main floor bedroom with a bathroom conveniently located nearby, making our stay comfortable and accessible.The neighbors were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. I was also delighted to find that pets are permitted, which is a significant advantage for pet owners. Overall, I could continue to highlight the numerous positive aspects of this property, and I must emphasize that the pricing is remarkably reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone

Superb! Clean, beautiful, wonderful community

Family of 5 with children under 10. Close to everything Orlando. Condo is beautiful, huge, clean, and very well equipped. Pool at condo was great and the association clubhouse/amenities/pool/waterslide, etc were clean and top notch. Staff was excellent. All of the guards at the gate were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional. All smiles. Will absolutely stay at this condo again. Highly highly recommend. Hostess was available and communicated very well. 10 out of 10. Stay here, you will be very very pleased. Thank you!

Great spot in Davenport !

Nice townhouse sized perfectly for 2 families totally 7 people. Great to have two master rooms each with king size beds !! And ample room for the kids with bunk beds in the two other rooms. Ashley, the host was very responsive and helpful when I messaged her with questions.
