The convenience of Jockey Beach Club 235 is second to none: right in the heart of North Ocean City, two blocks from the beach, and two blocks from beautiful Northside Park. It's a place you'll return to again and again for summer days spent surfing, sunbathing, and lounging by the pool.

Jockey Beach Club is a small complex with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and sundeck to enjoy on relaxing afternoons. You'll be only half a block off Coastal Highway and a short stroll from Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse known for its playgrounds, picnic areas, sports courts and fields, Sunday concerts, and festivals and events such as the renowned Fourth of July fireworks.

Coming home from a day at the beach, this second-floor condo greets you with every home comfort (please note, however, there is no elevator). The living space is updated and uncluttered, offering an open kitchen and dining area, a living room with a smart TV, and glass doors that open to a shaded balcony for alfresco dinners. Choose DVDs to watch late into the evening, leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer, and use the high-speed WiFi to make plans for tomorrow.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
