Quiet 2nd floor apartment with everything you need to have a relaxing stay and travel lightly!
Full kitchen includes coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, sugar etc.
Bathroom includes all needed to take a shower and get ready for the day
3 bedrooms, 2 with fulls and one with a queen!
Living room with tv for streaming and WiFi included. Weekend bookings are Friday through Sunday, there are NO Saturday check in or outs available.
Price based on amount of guests please provide correct amount. Property video monitored. No party’s smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Things to do:
Conveniently located near some of the best attractions New Hampshire has to offer. Close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Enjoy the beautiful foliage New Hampshire has to offer. Visit nearby hiking trails with wonderful mountain view’s. Beautiful scenery of the Southern New Hampshire College Campus about 10 minutes drive. 3-4 minute drive to downtown Manchester, An 8 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 9 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
Visit the Ice Castles up North or enjoy a day of skiing at McIntyre Ski Area, Pats Peak Ski Area or Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy a day at Hampton Beach or take a trip to Portsmouth and explore the historic downtown area. Also a great location for commuters.
Minutes to the Manchester Airport. 1 hour to Boston Logan Airport.

Home away from home

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, lots of sunshine, good lighting, and well equiped with air conditioners in each room and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a home away from home.

Great stay for a weekend

Nancy’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Manchester for a concert. It was clean, the location was easy enough to get around Manchester, and the ACs in each room were great at keeping the place cool with the very hot temps this weekend. Nancy was also a pleasure to communicate with, always responding quickly and helpfully!

Beautiful and comfy

Great attention to detail in the squeaky clean, stylish and comfortable condo. We had a great two night stay. Very convenient to downtown Manchester dining.

Great place to stay for an easy commute

We did a girls trip to Boston, Salem, and Maine. Great central location. Pizza and coffee within walking distance. Clean house with 3 bedrooms. There are other people staying in this home so keep that in mind for your light sleepers.

Beautiful and Comfy Condo

We stayed in condo 2 and the accommodations were top notch. The property is deceiving from the outside. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. The property is located close to the main business district that has a great selection of restaurants. We really enjoyed The Bridge for breakfast and lunch. The property is also not too far away from the Tri-Town Ice Arena home of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings. We highly recommend this condo!

Adequate Apartment for Graduation Weekend

Apartment was overall well maintained. Some cleanup of the walls, and repairs of nicked paint on walls/floorboards would enhance overall aesthetic. Rugs in apartment were all dirty, couldn’t close the dorr in one of the bedrooms without folding back the rug. Kitchen furniture was all chipped. Beds were comfortable enough. apartment stayed cold because of multiple windo AC units still being installed at the end of November. Also windows were left open in multiple rooms when we arrived and they were ridiculously hard to close and lock the windows. we were never able to park in the spot that was allotted to us, because someone else was always parked there. I’m not sure the total number of apartments in the building, but parking was a pain. linens, and most essentials were provided which was nice. Stove in the kitchen was dirty, but we didn’t use it,so no big deal. Overall we were fairly happy with the apartment, It was just down the street from the SNHU arena which was nice, because we were in town for graduation. I did like that it was decorated for the holidays, added another special touch to the place. Would stay here again if we were ever back in NH.

The home inside was very nice and clean. My largest complaint is that it was listed as Saint Anselm's area and this was over the bridge which is really the west side of Manchester. Not where I wanted to stay with my family. I wish the couches also had a recline as it would have been more comfortable. Nice to have the laundry but bring your own detergent. No garbage bags either. Little things like that. Again, overall the place was very clean and spacious and updated.

The apartment was easy to find and much bigger than we anticipated based on the photos! We were in town for a wedding and greatly appreciated the spacious guest rooms, double vanity in the bathroom, and open kitchen which made it easy for all of us to get ready.
