This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The rooms were big, there were several bathrooms, and the front porch room was great. The location was wonderful as we were close to anything we could need! The hosts were friendly, and also responsive with any questions. Overall we had a great experience and loved the house!

Overall, is a pretty good rental. The house is in an awesome location and has tons of space. There were some rough edges with missing paint, the downstairs being very dusty, etc. The owner also did not respond to my message about the grill being out of propane. When the description specifically mentions the grill and the kitchen being fully stocked, the grill should have propane

Everything was awesome, plenty of space and bathrooms, living and sleeping areas comfortable, air worked well, yard space and parking was spacious! The location can not be beat if looking for a short walk to beach and downtown area! We enjoyed the screened in porch space.

Great location, walkable to main street area and beach. Casual home, plenty of space, loved the multiple bathrooms, showers. Screened porch was great for extra space, games. AC worked well.

Overall we had a great time. The rental had some pros and cons. The pros are excellent air conditioning, beautiful screened in front porch, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely shower facilities, fully stocked kitchen, secluded feeling despite being very close to downtown New Buffalo. Walk to beach, groceries and restaurants. The cons are shoddy maintenance and poor customer service. Dishwasher was not operational and could not be fixed for the majority of the stay despite being relatively new, handymen coming out and frequent communication with the property manager. Maintenance men had to repair poorly affixed towel rack, and broken screen door. The property is a little rough around the edges with unfinished tiling in master bath jacuzzi, ragweed in front garden, barely functional barbecue grill, sticky kitchen table. With better maintenance, customer service and a little polish it could be a 5 star rental, but not right now.

A few things were broke( towel holder and toliet paper holdings falling off the wall) and shower drain was clogged. Other than that it was great walking distancing to the beach and food.

Great location! Fantastic beds, baths! Tired furniture.

We were five senior women who very much enjoyed the house, its location to everywhere in town. It is a perfect gathering spot, even though we were disappointed in the weather and couldn't gather on the beautiful screened-in porch. The kitchen seemed well appointed, though we didn't do much cooking. There were plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig for our 3-night stay, lots of paper products, including tissues in every room. You don't need to bring a thing! Electric door codes were easy to use and were communicated in advance. A great stay!

Beautiful home for groups

We had the best time at this home. It was a girls trip and we loved every minute of it! Plenty of space for all of us and close to everything that we wanted to do!

Friends Birthday Weekend

We were a group of 11 women for a birthday weekend and the house was perfect for us and our activities. The pictures in the listing were accurate, all of the listed amenities were available and the property manager reached out to offer more if needed (beach chairs, etc.) Communication was great through email and text message (although streamlining to one form of communication may have been easier) and they even offered early check-in for the weekend. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops and the grocery store - no need to drive anywhere! A lot of time was spent relaxing, eating and playing games at the house since the open concept floor plan allowed for the group to gather in the kitchen, living area and dining area. Sleeping and bathroom accommodations were very comfortable. If you want a place to stay with a larger group and be close to downtown, I would highly recommend this property! I would come back in the summer to visit the beach and enjoy some outdoor dining.
