Nice Home

Home was clean and contact was good about getting back with questions. I would suggest a binder with WIFI info, special things about the home, what to do with the bedding (leave it as is or strip the beds), whether you are to wash your dishes and put away or leave, local attractions, stores, etc.

The only thing I would suggest is getting a different couch as it is very uncomfortable to sit on.

Anniversary

Clean and cozy property. Really busy neighborhood but neighbors were friendly and quiet for the most part. Check in rather strange. The key was just given with no identificaton as to whether we were the customers. Seems unsafe

BED BUGS!! My family and I slept in this house 1 night and the next morning found bed bugs. When we told the host and showed proof with pictures and videos, they still refused to give us a refund and told us they did not find any. We had to leave and spend even more money to stay at the Ramkota hotel. They have completely ignored me after sending the proof so I would definitely not trust this house because you could risk bringing bed bugs back to your house! The pictures I added are from the lamp in the bedroom downstairs.

Location was amazing. Very cute classic home. When we arrived there were ants out front and he was there in under 2 minutes taking care of it. There were no further issues with them. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. He is real attentive to tenants needs. There is also a beautiful walking trail really close to the house.
