The space
Stylish eclectic single story 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with double sided fireplace, open concept living and huge windows. The modern white kitchen and dining areas feature exposed beams and a cozy breakfast nook. A spacious living area has great views out to the pool while the nearby sitting and work area have views into the private fenced front courtyard.

Two bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on one side of the home with a bathroom in between them. The large master bedroom with a Cal King bed is adjacent to the kitchen and very private. The final bedroom with twin bunk beds is at the end of the hallway, away from other bedrooms and the central portion of the house, making it very quiet and peaceful, especially for sleeping children.

With views from all angles and plenty of space for everyone, this resort home is the perfect home away from home.

Notes:
The pool is not heated but is warm throughout the summer. The spa can be heated anytime year round within 20-30 minutes.

We welcome most pets but ask that they be watched and cleaned up after so they don’t damage the home or yard.

No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the home or in the backyard or courtyard where smoke could enter the home.

A unique passcode will be sent prior to checkin that will unlock the keypad on the front door.
Other things to note
Alta Vista Hideaway is a short walk away from Brengle Terrance Park which features a playground, garden, frisbee golf course and the incredible Moonlight Amphitheater. During summer nights, you can hear the lovely faint sounds of performances and events. The sounds make the hills of Vista come alive.
