This spacious and inviting 6-bedroom house, with a bonus 7th open bedroom is a unique gem in our area, offering accommodation for up to 20 guests—a rare find for large gatherings. Nestled amongst a backdrop of breathtaking mountain views, this residence provides a picturesque setting that promises tranquility and natural beauty.

Inside, our home boasts a bouldering rock wall, adding a touch of rustic fun to the interior spaces. It also comes equipped with several full bookshelves, a game closet for hours of entertainment, as well as toys for little children while you're traveling, and a backyard playground.

Sleep comfortably in 12 beds in 7 rooms focused on comfort with memory foam mattresses or toppers. The space includes a king in the master bedroom, 2 rooms with queen beds, 2 rooms with a twin/full bunk bed, one bedroom with 3 twins, and the last room has a full bed and 2 twins that sleeps 4. Extra floor mattresses can also be used if needed for additional sleeping.

Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, access to additional tables and folding chairs to seat more people. There is a beautiful deck with phenomenal views out the kitchen door. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and street parking both in front of the house and across the street.

You will have access to two floors of the house, except the garage and a few closets that are being used for storage. There is also a basement apartment that sleeps 8 with a full kitchen, theater room, and loft that can be reserved as well if more accommodations are needed. The proximity to the Payson Temple, known for its serene surroundings, makes this house an ideal choice for events such as weddings when lots of friends or family are coming into town.

For the adventurous and outdoorsman, this house is perfectly situated within an hour of eight different canyons, one of which is 5 minutes away.
