HI - My name is Melanie. I was raised on Moon Ranch, a Sheep/Cattle Ranch out in Beautiful Hanna Utah. We worked hard but it was our playground : where we enjoyed milking cows, feeding bummer lambs ,and growing crops for the animals. We planted and harvested a large garden , bottling all our food for the year and playing with the animals. And rode our horses for work and fun . In 1985 I served an LDS Mission in Tokyo Japan then attended BYU. In 1989 We remodeled an old house built in 1890 an opened : The Beautiful Escalante Bed and Breakfast on Spanish Fork Main Street. We enjoyed homemade cookies and milk in the evenings with our guests - In the mornings our little girls served breakfast to the guest while serenading them on the karaoke - In 2023 My son and I remolded and opened The Riverside Airbnb a private oasis with the Spanish Fork River running through the backyard and a log cabin and hot tub. Now in 2025 We are enjoying making magic with our guests at our new MAGICAL MOUNTAIN-VIEW RETREAT in Beautiful Salem Utah. This new adventure just opened In October 2025 and is located on Salem Park which is a Protected Bird Refuge with walking / biking trails large field areas for outdoor games, A large playground and pavilion with restrooms. At this Retreat you will enjoy private back yard with BULLFROG SWIM-SPA/Hot tub, comfortable outdoor sitting areas with fire-pits and heaters. Inside decorated Cozy Living spaces with all the amenities to make it a home away from home -Our very Favorite part is ( making new Forever friends from all over the world) . Our Airbnb is located of the edge of a private state protected Bird refuge Along with a beautiful walking / running / bike trail leading to a large pavilion with parking ,Water and Restrooms. And for the littles and Adults there is a large playground and large open fields for fun out door games ie : soccer / kick ball/ flag football / Frisbee / volleyball/ ect . ( outdoor equipment provided ) Also the Location is close to the Spanish Fork FitCity Rec . Center, Spanish Fork Fair Grounds and the Famous Dugout Cinnamon Rolls . For your connivence we are located close to Spanish Fork and salem stores and venues.
