'Esta lujosa cabaña de troncos fue diseñada y construida exclusivamente para parejas. Ya sea que sean una pareja nueva o hayan estado juntos durante 50 años, nos encantaría que pasen tiempo en nuestra cabaña romántica. Sabemos lo importante que es olvidar el estrés de la vida cotidiana y centrarnos el uno en el otro ... Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar la cabina de escape perfecta para ayudar a que esto sea posible.

Esta cabina, conocida como 'The Classic', cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre en una terraza privada con una valla de privacidad. Hay una acogedora chimenea de gas y todas las luces están encendidas para atenuar el ambiente romántico. El baño cuenta con una ducha para dos. Una selección de CD románticos está disponible para su disfrute.

El lugar perfecto para descansar, relajarse y enamorarse nuevamente.

Ahora tenemos un total de cuatro cabañas de luna de miel para elegir; Cada cabina con su propio estilo único. Te invitamos a quedarte en cada uno mientras celebras hitos en tu relación o en otras ocasiones especiales '.

Anniversary get away

It was a very quiet time of year and the area was blooming with a lot of different varieties of flowers and trees. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. There were lots of nearby trails to explore. The cabin was very quiet and cozy and had all the basic needs for our stay. There were plenty of places to eat at and shop for supplies to cook at the cabin.

Wonderful Stay!

The classic cabin at Golden Anchor Cabins was simply perfect. It had all amenities we could have asked for and then some. It was spotless, comfortable, cozy, and luxurious. The hot tub was a wonderful addition, and the double shower was very nice as well! The cabin felt cozy yet spacious for two people. It had a beautiful view, yet was tucked away and private. The owners were amazing, and they even went as far as to pick up a part for our car in Elkins when it broke down during our stay. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our romantic getaway. I highly recommend Golden Anchor, and we certainly plan to go back!

The classic was perfect

Our cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very cozy, we loved having the option to hear with the fireplace or the electric furnace, we chose the fireplace. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would def stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

We were so pleased with this beautiful classic cabin. Also happy to experience the snow upon arrival and had the atmosphere even more beautiful. The pictures are great but it’s even more beautiful in person. You could not ask for more in a cabin. From the coziness, high quality bedding, lighted hot tub, all cleaning or cooking supplies and utensils you could need, cute little tree with Santa and robes offered as well. My husband and I had all we had hoped for celebrating our 32nd anniversary.

The Perfect Getaway

This cabin provided all of the amenities that we could want--hot tub was lovely, the grill was easy to use, the bathroom is awesome, and the layout of the house is efficient, yet comfortable. The location is easy to get to with attractions and eateries not far away. Thanks for making out trip so memorable.

Great getaway!

We loved having the chance to spend a few days just hanging out with each other. The cabin is perfectly set up for a couple to relax and get away from the everyday stresses.

We love the cabins, the night sky is so amazing! We’ve stayed at all the state parks in the area. Golden Anchor cabins are by far the best!!! We are planning our next stay as I’m writing this review. Go!!! Call them right now!!!

We spent a wonderful few days in one of the cabins on the property. It was quiet, serene and absolutely perfect. We plan to return. After sharing our experience, all of my family wants to book here! If you want time away to just reconnect with each other and nature, this is the place. The owners are more than gracious!

Anniversary getaway

This cabin getaway made our 4th anniversary special. We stayed at Classic and what a cozy, wonderful cabin. It looks just like the video and the extra amenities were amazing. I loved the chocolate dipped strawberries. We hope to be back again in the near future and you can be sure we will spread the word around about your cabins.

Golden Anchor Queen Honeymoon Suite

After debating on where to go for our honeymoon, my wife and I decided to book a cabin at the Golden Anchor Cabins & Restaurant near Canaan Valley (WV). Let me say this was the first time I have ever stayed in a cabin. The outside of the cabin looked very nice and well maintained. After walking through the front door I was a little lost for words. The inside looked like something out of a magazine. The interior has it all, there's a full kitchen with various supplies included, a living room area with a large tv, a warm fireplace, large bed that can easily accommodate two, and a couples shower in the bathroom. The bathroom also had heated floors and a warm towel rack. On the rear deck there was a 4-5 person hot tub with a tall privacy fence. The tub was a new model with numerous jets, led lights and various settings. A bonus for being situated in the middle of the Appalachian mountains, this cabin even included WiFi. When we first arrived at the cabin the owners had candles lit and had romantic music playing. Anytime we needed help they came over and assisted, which we found to be one of the greatest features of the stay. The Golden Anchor Restaurant is on location and has a great menu to choose from and very reasonable prices. There isn't much more you could ask for when choosing a place to stay in the Canaan Valley of WV. Once you have experienced the tranquility and the ability to get away from it all you will always want to come back.
