This Is a Cozy Newly Renovated 2 bedroom 2 Bath Full Kitchen and Full Sized Washer & Dryer. Floating Docks with Room for 2 Waverunners and it has a Comfortable Kayak Launch & Large Deck. This is a historic house one of the first on the Imperial River in the 50's. The entire place is about 900 square feet, 2 Full Private Bedrooms with 2 Small Full Baths W Showers. Full Kitchen, Full Sized Washer & Dryer. Renovated 11/2024

We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride to the beach. The neighborhood is so quiet and nice. We did a lot of evening walks just in the neighborhood.

This was a exvellent property to stay at. Everything you needed with no hassle. The location is a plus because you are within minutes to shopping and restaurants and the beach maybe 8 min away. Would highly recommend this place to anyo e. Hassle free check in and check out.

Great location

We enjoyed sitting right by the Imperial River. Our cabin had a nice private patio or we could join other guest on the dock.

Incredible view, location, weather and experience. Saw endless amount of wildlife, kayaked, fished, went boating, beach. So much variety!

First time to Bonita Springs

This cottage is a gem. The driveway is a little tight for a super duty truck with boay and trailer but property manager and owners were very accommodating allowing us to park trailer/boat on side property.

Quaint, cozy

This is a delightful place. The setting on the river is relaxing. Boat noise is no problem. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is convenient to Publix, Doc's, Wylds Cafe, and Royal Scoop.

winter getaway

Everything was very nice except the 2 loveseats were very uncomfortable. But I understand they pull out to beds. But it wasnt the best seating in the living room. The back yard and river was very pretty.

From the moment we embarked on our getaway, Dave and Angela’s Quiet Quaint Cottage on the Imperial River presented itself as a sanctuary of serenity and comfort, surpassing all our expectations and revitalizing our faith in the VRBO experience. Tucked away in a serene location, the cottage's proximity to local attractions offered the convenience we sought without compromising the tranquility we desired. Every corner of the cottage whispered elegance, with updated decor that seamlessly blended charm with modernity. The appliances were updated making it feel like a home away from home. The backyard was a chapter from a fairy tale. It offered an intimate connection with nature, with the Imperial River serving as the perfect backdrop for our evening reflections and morning coffee. The tranquility it provided was unmatched, creating moments of peace we so deeply cherished. Our journey to finding this haven was not without its hurdles. A previous unpleasant experience with a VRBO host left us wary, but Dave and Angela emerged as our knights in shining armor. Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
