Beautiful garden area

It was myself and my daughter that stayed here. Everything was perfect and Linda was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Charming little bungalow

This was perfect for a short term stay. It's small but cozy, clean and nicely situated. Landlord was very friendly and helpful. Backyard was peaceful. Enjoyed our stay.

Winter get away

Small inviting and relaxing spot to get away from the hustle and bustle yet still be within minutes of numerous beaches, parks, attractions and local shops. Good mini vacation hub with a very nice host.

A Cute Stucco Beach Getaway

Beautiful getaway in WPB

Fantastic stay at Linda’s place. This was exactly what I needed - close to Palm Beach and nice not having to stay in a hotel. Linda is an incredible host and makes you feel completely at home. The backyard is a little oasis perfect for breakfast and afternoon tea. Thanks Linda for all the help and advice! Looking forward to the next stay with you!

Unique!! Linda is a stellar host - always available, extremely respectful of guest privacy; keeps lines of communication open and clear. Very, very safe, secure, quiet and comfortable quarters. I was not happy staying at this place. The room itself was claustrophobic small had no closet to put any luggage or hang items up and no nightstands to set items down next to bed. The Bathroom was a make shift one, when you sat on toilet you were about a foot up away from the ground …very dangerous, you literally had to jump up to use the toilet and jump down to get off toilet! The shower was very small and if you move you could hit glass shower sides. We left the Ac unit on 72 degrees as it was an old window unit. When we got back to the room, she came out her house and scolded us we should have left it at 78 degrees or turned off, there was no possible way she would have know this, unless she went in room, which violated our privacy! I used a cup to drink my tea, and had it on my hand and She said don’t forget it to bring my cup back!!! On our last day check out was at 10 am, and that’s badly early and she knew we flew in from Las Vegas 3 hours behind Florida time but we were woken up around 7:30-8:00 am with a loud noise of a leaf blower and debris hitting our door and around the back yard and a dog barking! Not a peaceful and stressless place, as she mentions! She should have cancelled lawn care or change to a later time, if she knew she was renting place out! There was also ants in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Was very disappointed!

Nice for the Price

Our hostess was present and available on the property at all times. The accommodations were nice for the price. Unit is very small, bathroom is a bit odd in configuration, but workable. Shared backyard is very beautiful, shady and lush with a sweet table for morning coffee or evening wine. Bed was very comfortable, closet was hard to access due to location and there is no dresser to unpack, although there was some shelving that could be used. On street parking in an up and coming area.

Tuscan Villa West Palm Beach

Really enjoyed staying at this location in West Palm Beach. Cute accommodations with a separate entrance. Very quiet and secluded but was very convenient for everything I wanted to do in the area. I really liked the neighborhood vibe, not cookie cutter with a bunch of franchises. The host, Linda, was great and communication was excellent. Good for a single or a couple.

Cute cottage!

The property is cute and charming! The host is incredibly sweet and accommodating! The hot water heater was out while I stayed, but it wasn’t too much trouble. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the statement “steps to the beach” is quite misleading as I have an injury and the actual distance to the beach is a few blocks so it makes a difference to me. Otherwise my stay was wonderful!

Beautiful

I enjoyed everything about my stay, the only thing that was the toilet I had to get a stool to be able to reach. I am 5’2 and couldn’t reach the toilet seat unless stepping in a ledge next to the toilet. No fun, other than that, very clean, quiet, Linda is very nice and kept me posted of the what not to do. I’ll suggest a policy should be posted. Other than that, great place.

A quiet, charming cottage for a relaxing time after a (for me) full day of work. Nicely set in a quiet neighborhood, you are off the beaten path but close enough to good restaurants and parks. You are within the walking distance of a coffee shop or restaurant at the Marina as well as a park. There plenty of people walking the neighborhood at all hours of the day.Palm Beach Shores is 10min north with restaurants and shops and well, West Palm 10min south. Linda was quick with responses to any questions I had, which makes a great host! I prefer VRBO's over hotels when I travel, and the cottage allowed me to enjoy the yard while doing my pesty paperwork. The fridge and microwave were all that was needed and the room nicely decorated. I will be back

I spent a lot of time in Italy, and I fell in love with the people, the food, and the architecture . I found this beautiful Mediterranean Revival* home, built in 1926 with the original floors! MR* architecture was the thing in mid 1920's in Florida. The mansions of Palm Beach, built by Mizner, Volk and Sims Wyeth, stand in tribute to timeless beauty and design. The cherry on top was the mini villa, and serenity garden that is my happy place, and guests say the same. A great place to have your morning coffee or sip your wine. Take your yoga mats, located in the closet and have a peaceful meditation and yoga stretch to start your day.

Northwood Harbor, is a designated historical neighborhood with many of the original homes still standing, and beautiful shaded streets great for walking and biking. We also have three waterfront parks, one with a fishing pier*(currently awaiting repairs), and two for kayak, and inflatable launching. Due to our great location of waterfront with buildable land, we are in the throes of new development with five new luxury buildings to be built here in “Northwood Harbor, the first building Alba on 47th St. and N. Flagler Dr., will be completed early winter of ‘26. A sister Building will be started shortly after. Currently known as “The Reserve”. As a licensed Florida realtor for 30 years, I can provide information at your request.
