The home was exactly as presented. Spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept well. Great family areas. You won’t be disappointed.

It was great for the price. TV not set up for local channels, 5 gal pail of old paint in back yard full of water and our dog drank from it. Found finger nails on floor. But overall it was good

Nice home in a great neighborhood

This is a beautiful home at the base of the foothills. We were happy with the condition and the amenities. We had one issue trying to locate a remote for one of the TVs and Tiffany was supper responsive. We would definitely stay here again in the opportunity presents itself!

Beautiful home, with plenty of space for multiple people and all ages, Would be helpful if Host would provide minor cleaning items like a broom, dustpan, floors could use a good cleaning

Nice getaway

I booked this home for a nice birthday get away! I had no issues with the home except i wish it would’ve been a little cleaner. The house isn’t close to disney, but with no traffic the drive won’t be to bad. Everything else is accurate on the listing. Overall i enjoyed my stay and definitely would book this beautiful home again!

The good and the bad

For the good it was close to the wedding reception. The pool was great for the kids. Now for the bad there was no bathroom door in master bedroom and there is 3 doors to the master bedroom so very little privacy. Not enough pillow case’s for are guests this house will sleep eight not eleven. Kitchen had hardly any cookware and flat ware for four people. Parking was very limited we won’t be back

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad the location worked well for the wedding and that the pool was a highlight for the kids. Regarding the master bedroom, it is connected to the kids' bedroom as a safety feature, and there is also a door to the hallway and a sliding door leading to the yard and pool. Both the sliding door and the hallway door have locks to provide privacy, and we’re sorry if this setup wasn’t clear. As for parking, the driveway accommodates 2–3 cars, and we note in our amenities and house manual that street parking is not available. We understand parking can sometimes be a challenge and apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. We’ll also review our cookware, flatware, and linens to ensure they better serve larger groups in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. I would like money back. Pool house advertising is false. I chose the family trip based on the pool. I explained to owner it was dirty. They told me devices were broken malfunctioning. Algae can make the children sick

Bad location if coming with more than 2 cars.

No street parking school days mon-friday 7am-8pm. We had cars parked NOT on those time. But then some of us got parking tickets for 2am-4am parking? City requires overnight parking from 2am-4am. But there was no signs saying this.

Cute pool house

Nice quiet neighborhood and pretty much close to everything. Overall the property was nice and for the most part clean except for excessive amount of spiders and cobwebs all over the backyard items, doors and walkways plus the outside trash bins were already filled to capacity. We had a mixed crowd of adults and kids. The game room, pool and mini golf kept everyone entertained. There's only 2 parking spaces so parking was an issue with our large group. I did reach out to the owner for info on additional parking and never received a response back. It's unfortunate because I would definitely want to return to this property but not with poor customer service.

Family Reunion Disneyland Fun Trip

Located in quite neighborhood with limited parking of two cars..neighbors didnt seem to like parking on street and not friendly but minded their own business so no issues. Great space for little ones and adults to have privacy yet be engaged. Smaller bathroom could use a curtain so others can shower with family in the room and it does build up water. Rug in there was super slippery because it had no grips and slipped twice so just be careful or exchange use towel as a simple fix. Overall it was close to family, freeways and friends so we all would definitely stay there again. Pool was small and perfect for the lttle ones and other areas we disnt use but were awesome for teens or just to relax..we didnt do much of that..

Fun furnishings, but use caution when booking

This property is not close to Disneyland. I grew up in the area so I knew that, but out of town guests should understand it's about an hour away. The property doesn't have a lot of insulation so every noise feels amplified when you have a group of 10 staying as we did. The master bathroom is miniscule and has NO DOOR. You have to have everyone leave the room if you want privacy in the toilet. The master bedroom also has no curtains to the sliding doors so privacy again and sleeping in would be tricky. The front garden isn't especially well maintained and the neighborhood isn't super nice. The beds and linens were comfortable though and our kids enjoyed the toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked.

This is indeed a nice and award winning school district neighborhood, however it definitely isn’t a street with mansions if that is what you are looking for! All the neighbors have been here for a long time and they’re mainly all families :) We are located 30 miles away from Disneyland which is about a 30-35 min drive. Keep in mind that if you go in the afternoon after 2pm, there will be traffic since it is rush hour there in Orange County. We will be adding a curtain to the master bedroom for better privacy, and a curtain for the master bath as well. Quaint Rental.

For the value I would say this was ok. Maybe a solid 5-6 out of 10. The listing implied it was in close proximity to Disneyland. (The main reason for our visit.) Maybe 1 hour or more each way unless it is 11 pm at night. Maybe that is considered close by local standards. But I would personally not consider it close. The travel to Disneyland was pretty easy mostly interstates. The Photos are somewhat accurate. The yard on the side and in the back are smaller than the photos let on. Not exactly unmanageable but a bit disappointing when the teens were hoping to be able to spend some time in the pool etc. The home itself other than maybe needing a bit of TLC and some minor maintenance to appliances, locks, master ensuite seals etc. Was overall very serviceable. The beds were very comfortable actually prompted my wife to look into replacing ours. The corridors and overall size made it seem a bit tight for the 8 of us. But never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The games room being the garage was a great space to make for movie nights or billiards. The area was lovely, seemed safe, lots of restaurants and services nearby. Beautiful hills for runs and wakes just a block or two away. Overall a pleasant experience.

Quiet neighborhood that is closely located next to the 210-Fwy with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, coffee shops. With a short drive on the 210-fwy takes you to the 57-fwy which takes you directly to Anaheim/ Disneyland! Or take the 210-fwy and head west to Downtown Los Angeles. Convenient location but away from the busy city and noise. Safe and award-winning neighborhood provided only for my guests :)
