Welcome to our Cape Coral retreat in sunny Florida! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, with a pool, house is your ideal vacation home.
When you step inside you will see an elegant open floor plan which includes marble floors, granite countertop and new appliances. Brand new reverse osmosis system that brings bottled water quality to every fixture.
Make your way to the bedrooms where you will find that all bedrooms are equipped with a SmartTV.
Master Bedroom : 1 King Size Bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bedroom (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed: top bunk is a twin bottom is a Full with a trundle twin that can pull out. (3 guests)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Size Bedroom (2 guests)
Step outside to your private oasis – a beautiful pool awaits you, surrounded by lush landscaping for added privacy. Enjoy the sun’s rays as you grill up a delicious meal on the outdoor Blackstone grill. The quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay.
*Pool heat is optional. It will be $35 per day to add pool heat. This will be billed separately.
We do have cameras on the property but they all face away from the house. Please do not tamper with them or the internet.
If you choose to venture out to explore the nearby attractions: tour the area and discover local attractions within a short drive, like Fellowship Park, Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, and Saratoga Lake Park. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park and Coral Oaks Golf Course are just a short drive away.
If you are looking to relax in the sun with sand between your feet then head to any of the beaches from Cape Coral Yacht Club to Naples. It will all depend on how far you would like to drive:
Yacht Club Public Beach- 25 mins
Fort Myers Beach: 35 minutes
Sanibel Island Bowman’s Beach: 1 hr
Whether you prefer a day at the beach or lounging by the pool, this Cape Coral house is the ideal vacation destination.
The house is pack with all the amenities you will need. Shampoo and Conditioner are mini travel sizes to get your started.
