As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! House rules
• All BOOKING guests must be at least 23+ years of age (except children accompanied by their parents) and present during the entire stay. No exceptions.
• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period (including damage done by pets) which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
• No refund for weather-related issues, or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control.
• Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts/early check-ins will have a $50 charge per.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No pets

• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
