En un lago, a menos de una milla de golf o un sendero natural. Ir de compras es conveniente en una atmósfera de pueblo pequeño. El hogar tiene fantástica artesanía en madera, amplia cocina bien equipada y un patio cubierto. Garaje para dos coches y una fuente de agua en el patio. Cerca del monumento de Iwo Jima y Harlingen aeropuerto está a sólo dos millas de distancia.

Great spot for clergy retreat

The property is spacious and lots of spaces for small conversation groups. We reserved two neighboring houses and enjoyed plenty of space for the group of us.

Nice but uncomfortable

Have rented with VRBO for many years and this was the first time that the owner stopped at the house more than once while we were there, in addition to the property manager, it gave us an uncomfortable feeling. In general we were happy with the house and pool/hot tub. The pool maintenance company was fantastic.

Comfortable Spacious Home

5 couples stayed in this home for a week long visit. The home was comfortable, spacious, fully equipped, kitchen was large enough for several people to be in there at one time. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside area as well as pool and hot tub were adequate for the 10 people in our group plus several additional people. Sylvia (Property Manager) and her husband made the stay very enjoyable. They were pleasant and kind and were available if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to rent a home in the Harlingen area. We have requested the home again for our visit to Harlingen next year. The Owners of the home have been easy to work with, answered our many questions before arrival and have been a delight to deal with.

Winter getaway

Our stay here was just what we needed to get away from our MN winter. The house is very large which accommodated the visitors we had. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping places. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, which I absolutely loved. The home is well kept and very spacious. The upstairs bedrooms on the east side could use new curtains and carpeting as they are quite dated, but very livable. Beds throughout the house were comfortable. We did have a small "hiccup" at the beginning of our stay getting the pool and hot tub temperatures up, but Sylvia got right on that and by the time our kids and grandkids visited, we were able to enjoy the pool and spa. The weather cooperated almost the entire time we were there other than it being windy, which I understand is fairly normal for the area. We were able to have coffee out on the patio each morning and watched the daily routine of the ducks gathering for the day. I do have to give a huge shout out to Sylvia, who was always able to be contacted any time we had a question or ran into a situation we were unsure about. She made sure to check in with us to see how things were going and gave us suggestions on things to see and do in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful Home

I rented this home over Father's Day weekend, and it was really a beautiful home. Lots of space to accommodate my party of 13. House was cleaned and organized and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us ❤

Spectacular home with a spectacular view

There were eight of us, friends and family, that stayed for two weeks at this house. The house is beautiful and far exceeds the quality of the pictures in the listing. Very spacious with a huge, well equipped, kitchen and eating area. The dining room was very elegant and could set 10 people at the table. There were crystal chandeliers and crystal wall sconces throughout the living area. The heated pool was great with a beautiful view of the lake. Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many attractions and restaurants. Sylvia, and her husband Ray, were great hosts and quickly helped us with questions. Their response time was almost instant. We also got to meet the owners who were very friendly and great fun to visit with. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group or family,

Great Stay

We had a very good stay. The house was clean everything was in working order. and the pool was the perfect spot after a long day. Sylvia is the best we have been staying with Schutte Homes for the past four years and any problem we may have it is nice to know Sylvia will take care of it.

Very nice and comfortable for my family.

Sylvia was great as always, she and hubby were very easy to work with . I stayed in the other house last time and it was just as enjoyable. Its nice to have two sitting areas , one for the men and the other for the girls. .the outside area was great we spent a lot of time sitting out there too., thanks again ,hope do this in a year or so . Great home base for a group of friends

Well located, clean, house with mostly huge rooms! Stayed here with friends during the Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival. This home was close to our meeting location, Hugh Ramsey Park, restaurants and other retailers for food and supplies. Very well kept, and easy to share. Almost all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms.Weather was cool, so we didn't use the pool, although it looked inviting. Thanks to Sylvia for keeping everything in order!

Very spacious and clean

Our Family of 12 enjoyed the Villa in Harlingen Texas. Our Granddaughter at 5 hardly left the Hot Tub and the rest were in the pool all the time and enjoyed the slide and the adults went fishing in the Lake behind the property. We are on the Go all the time and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful . We spent a couple of days on padre island and home was close . shopping for groceries was close by . we cooked all of our meals and felt kitchen was a bit dated to cook for 12 of all ages and make chocolate chip pancakes .The Kitchen stove didn't work properly Most don't probably cook on vacation.At 100 degrees plus temperatures and high humidity the house was always cool and comfortable.Plenty of parking for our three vehicles. The home is clean and no bugs or spider and Sylvia was our contact point and she is great and very helpful . Thanks for a great place to enjoy our family time together.

AWESOME HOUSE!!!

Had a great stay, pool and Hot tub was perfect for the Kids and adults. House is very big and slept 12 very comfortable. Was cheaper than renting out 6 hotel rooms by far.

Family Vacation

Safe family community in a midsize city! Great shopping, restaurants, airport and close proximity Padre Island, and Progresso Mexico! Only 35 minutes from SpaceX ! Lush subtropical climate with local bird watching and golf being favorites!
