This superb vacation home boasts a welcoming open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Curl up on the inviting sectional after a refreshing time in the community's outdoor pool and enjoy an entertaining evening watching fun movies and shows on the smart TV with streaming and cable, or playing any of the provided board games. The eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen has your back when mealtime comes around. It's equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals, including a Keurig coffee maker to surprise all coffee enthusiasts in your group. This level houses a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with a smart TV. The upper level boasts two additional bedrooms and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. The kiddos will fall in love with the Toy Story-themed bedroom with a smart TV, while adults will enjoy a restful night's sleep in the African-themed bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bath. Additional perks include a high chair and baby gates.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
