Spanish Castle By The Sea in Newport Beach
Welcome to our Spanish Castle! This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home includes private attached garage parking, High Beam-Ceilings, BBQ Grill, 3 Terraces including 1 Oversized Patio for your sunset & beach viewing pleasure. Our home is recently remodeled w high end everything including a smart oven with air frying capabilities and Brand new luxury Beds that are very comfortable. This home is without a doubt one of the most unique private vacation homes in Newport Beach!
Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Laundry next door, upper-level Patios (there are three patios. The front is off the kitchen with the BBQ, 2 stools w small tables to view the Ocean; a side partially enclosed large patio with tables and stools and heater; and the third is the size of another large room in the back of the unit w a large table w 6 chairs, outside heating, decorative lighting, and higher tables and stools for better outside viewing as well) with amazing sunset viewing, Smart TV, dimmable lights, remote control candles, Cable, WiFi, gas fire place, high beam ceiling in living room/dining room, Propane BBQ, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Back Pack, Beach Chairs/Toys, cooler on rollers and Sand Umbrella. The water is all filtered for refrigerator/ice maker and in water spout in kitchen. There are plugs and chargers in every bedroom and living room. The bathrooms have special designed make up mirrors as well as the usual amenities. This place was totally remodeled just over two years ago, with hand painted Spanish tiles as accents to the décor which was professionally done by a colorist/decorator. The beds are high end selected for comfort and support. There is an outside hot and cold water Shower to wash off comfortably after going to the Ocean and before going into the unit.
Our home is located on the 2nd floor of our duplex and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our fully equipped kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, silverware utensils, mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more! Relax with the fireplace, Smart TV, dining room table, Patio & Propane BBQ, and garage parking.

HOME LOCATION
Located just steps to the beach and a few minutes from the Newport Pier (providing you with 360-degree views of the ocean) as well as just a quick drive or bike to the Historic Fun Zone, & Iconic Balboa Island Ferry and Balboa Pier you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, The Boardwalk and plenty of Beach to explore. Just a short walk in the other direction is the Bay where you can sail, canoe, kayak, etc. There are many restaurants (some quite famous) with pretty much every type of food you could ever want within walking distance. Enjoy high end shopping and dining at the newly developed Lido Isle and the historic Balboa Theater. There is an actual brewery and of course establishments with bars, music, etc also within walking distance. There is great surfing and classes available to learn to surf right on our beach.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk or 20 Min by car. However, with more than 50+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the Balboa Ferry Area. For those of you with kids, the Lighthouse park is also just a bike ride away making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute drive the Island.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- This home does not provide a Washer and Dryer. There is a Laundry Mat located right behind the home.
-This is the upper (2nd) of a duplex home.
(You will not have access to the ground level patio/right garage)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-Must sign a liability waiver in order to use our Bicycles & boogie boards.
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) garage
- Home has (1) sets of stairs,
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
-Must utilize child protective gate (located in the bedroom closet) on the inside stairway when children are under the age of 4.
