This is such a great and spacious property. We had a large family trip of around 20 people or so. The kids loved the activities offered on the lower level. The perfect place for a large group! Will definitely look to rent the property again in the future!

Such a beautiful cabin and views. Sunset over the mountains was breathtaking. Very clean and updated cabin. I would stay here again .

Beautiful Chalet

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home and the view was spectacular especially at sunset. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back to the area.

We could not have been happier with this property. It was huge, tons of room for my group to separate or gather. The kids were THRILLED with the game room and the adults enjoyed having our own space and TV. The kitchen was well appointed. The decor was tasteful. The property was very clean. The host was very communicative, checking in frequently and available to help. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Some of the adults said they didn't want to go home to their own beds! I wish there was a dining table outdoors, but since we saw a mama bear and two cubs trying to get in the trash, we agree it would not be advisable :)

Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time! The house was very well kept and very spacious. We definitely recommend if anyone is planning on coming with family, friends, or just a few people too! Communication with the property manager is very easy and they are very responsive as well. Although you won’t have any troubles, they will try their best to respond to you at all times. Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We had an incredible time at Big Bear Ridge Cabin! We brought our entire family—8 of us total—and the space was perfect for everyone. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for the whole group. Having two stoves was such a bonus!We managed to enjoy a cozy fire one night before the wind picked up for the rest of the week—so glad we got that experience in. We also brought our two dachshunds along, and were pleasantly surprised to find two kennels already there for them—huge plus!The view and location were absolutely stunning, and the host was amazing—so communicative and helpful any time we had a question. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cabin. Will definitely stay here again. The beds arenone of the most comfortable beds I've ev

A couple of things didn't work.. The fireplace downstairs. The weather is just getting cooler so it may be due to not being checked out yet. The pool table bumper was loose so we were afraid of damaging it worse. The lights in the hot tub didn't work. But, overall it is a beautiful, private, and conveinent location.

Thanks for your feedback, Michelle. We have added these items to our maintenance list and they will be taken care of promptly. In terms of the fireplace, we typically turn them on when the temperatures drop in October. The unseasonably warm temps this year explain why it wasn't functional because we cannot have guests using the fireplace while running the AC. So glad you enjoyed the location and views. These two things really do set Cherokee Lodge apart from other cabins in the Smokies.
