Inmaculada casa frente al lago en el lago Seneca, sin escaleras!

¡Tierra plana ... no hay escalones para subir! Disfruta de nuestra casa de dos dormitorios frente al lago con todas las comodidades del hogar. El dormitorio principal ofrece una puerta corrediza de vidrio hacia una terraza bellamente amueblada con vista al lago. El segundo dormitorio puede dormir 5 con una cama matrimonial y un futón de tamaño completo con una litera doble. Ambas habitaciones ofrecen un televisor de pantalla plana con cable. Wi-Fi disponible. Una lavadora y secadora están disponibles para su uso. Se agregó una hermosa terraza acristalada de vidrio en 2013 para disfrutar de comidas, leer o simplemente relajarse. Se proporciona una parrilla de gas para cocinar al aire libre. Observe las hermosas puestas de sol alrededor del pozo de fuego y brinde algunos malvaviscos. Varios juguetes del lago (barco de pesca, bote de remos y canoa) están disponibles para su disfrute. Una gran caja de arena a la sombra de un hermoso sauce está equipada con todo tipo de juguetes de arena para el disfrute de sus pequeños. Disfruta de la sombra bajo los hermosos sauces llorones. El aire acondicionado y el calor central se controlan a la temperatura deseada del ocupante. Estamos ubicados en la ruta del vino Seneca, junto al parque estatal Sampson, a minutos del centro comercial Waterloo Outlet y de las compras en la ciudad de Ginebra. Las tarifas de verano serán de $ 1,900 por semana alquilando de sábado a sábado. La tarifa incluirá su tarifa de limpieza. Las sábanas están disponibles para su uso, pero deben lavarse y guardarse antes de partir.

We went for a girls trip, the accommodations were exactly as pictured. The home was lovely and right on Seneca. It was perfectly located near wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again 5 stars!

The house was perfect and very clean. All amenities were as expected. Location was great for hiking and biking… a bit windy to kayak but they were available. Highly recommend Beverly and her home if you stay in the area.

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

Enjoyed out time at the house. Had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Really like how close to Sampson Park we were. Rode our bikes to the park several times and enjoyed other activities there. Several nice wineries within a short distance.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The house was so well kept and the view was absolutely amazing!! It was so nice not to have stairs and to be so close to the lake!! The owners were great, they gave us a ton of recommendations to eat at and wineries to visit! The neighborhood was also very lovely!! We will definitely be back!!

Breathtaking

We loved this little house on the lake. It was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The views from the living area was breathtaking. The sunset was gorgeous. We hope to return again when it is a little warmer to actually spend time on the lake.

Great place for a lake getaway

We stayed at this property for the eclipse. Even though the clouds caused some disappointment, this property did not. It was like our own little lake retreat. This property is on the lake with a great dock for a stroll. The views are spectacular and the property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we do a Finger Lake getaway.

Great Ladies Weekend on the Lake

My 5 girlfriends and I, who have been doing an annual Ladies Weekend for 12 years now, had an amazing weekend in the Finger Lakes with awesome accommodations at this cottage on the lake. Beverly was prompt in returning all inquiries prior to our arrival and property was just as described on our arrival. The place was beautiful, very clean, well-stocked, comfortable and accommodating; we will be back!

A beautiful cottage in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with a “backyard” that is spectacular! The cottage has everything you need for a great stay, but your ‘backyard” is a “show-stopper”. A westward view of Seneca Lake, a gorgeous sunset, and a level walk-out from a three season room. We will be back!

Perfect getaway

This cottage was everything we were looking for and more. The cottage was well kept and beautiful. We spent our days outside and our 3 kiddos (3,6,8) stayed very busy playing in the water, using the boats, fishing and finding sandglass and other treasures. Most evenings were spent by the campfire and in the morning room playing games. We were all sad to leave.

Beautiful, well-maintained "home" on Seneca

This is just an absolutely beautiful home just steps from Seneca Lake in an equally gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and is very obviously well cared for. The gardens around the house are beautiful! The queen bed was very comfortable and there was a nice size closet in that bedroom as well as a door onto the deck. It was nice to be able to open the blinds in the morning and watch the seagulls right from the bed. We also really enjoyed the living room in the evening. The furniture is very comfy, and we loved using the electric fireplace in the early morning. The owner was available if needed and she actually checked into make sure we were doing okay, but everything was just perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as a matter of fact I hope to do that in a little bit warmer weather so we can enjoy the kayaks and paddle boat. Thanks so much to Beverly for providing such a wonderful place to stay in the FLX.

Best Vacation Ever! Hosts were generous with all the additional perks! We arrived to homemade banana bread, a tray of fixings for s’mores, pool toys, and games galore, even squish-mallow animals and trucks for the kids. Amazing vacation that felt like a family resort where parents can truly relax! A few hiccups were handled professionally and quickly. This ranch is beyond 5 stars. For a family with 14 grandkids, it’s hard to feel everyone is having fun, but here we definitely did. The green lawns were perfect for outdoor games. The pickleball court was enjoyed by all! Pool billiards kept the adults competing. Even a Scrabble game on the wall was super fun for our nerdy adults. Swimming pool was so refreshing, solar heated! Our kids gathered eggs often from their happy hens. I am so very thankful to have found this Estate. Perfect in so many ways for our large family reunion. Highly recommend!
