The home features a spacious 3-bedroom layout with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces designed for group stays.

THE SPACE (~1100 sq ft, standalone house, not a duplex).
• 1-level and step-free inside. There are 3 steps up to the entry door. • Free parking (up to 2 cars on driveway). • Comforts of home amenities, dual-pane windows, and newer plumbing.
LIVING AREA: • Relaxing living room with a 55” Roku TV for streaming. • Individual remote-controlled mini-split AC/heat units in the living room and each bedroom for personalized comfort.
BEDROOMS (Sleeps 6): • Primary Bedroom: A retreat with a queen bed and its own Roku TV. • Bedroom 2: Features a versatile daybed (a pull-out trundle can be set up in advance upon request) and includes a desk and chair, creating a dedicated workspace. • Bedroom 3: Contains two comfortable twin beds.
KITCHEN & DINING: • Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. • Keurig coffee maker. • Compact washer/dryer for your convenience. Bowls/plates, silverware, cooking utensils, baking sheet, pots and pans provided. • Dining area that seats up to six guests. *Complimentary: coffee, salt/pepper/oil, dish detergent.
BATHROOM: Full bathroom in hallway is bright and clean with full size tub/shower with grab bars and additional storage. Towels are provided. *Complimentary: hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper.
OUTDOOR SPACE: • Spacious, fully fenced-in backyard. • Large patio with a picnic table, large umbrella, bistro table and chairs, and a relaxing swing chair. • Charming string lights for perfect evening ambiance.
FAMILY AMENITIES: • A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.
PARKING:
-Private parking : up to 2 compact cars or 1 large SUV in garage driveway (not covered parking). -Free street parking as needed and available. (Please be aware of "No Parking- Street Cleaning" signs on both sides of the streets.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire one-level home and the fully fenced backyard. - Private Entrance - Self check-in is available via a smart lock for a seamless and flexible arrival. Please note: The garage is not available for guest use.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we are not on-site, we are available and responsive to address any questions or issues that may arise during your stay to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. GETTING AROUND:
House has private parking for up to 2 compact cars or one large SUV in driveway (no covered parking). Free street parking as needed and available, and try not to park in front of the neighbor’s house. (Please be aware of No Parking street signs for “street cleaning” on Thursdays or Fridays 8am-12pm depending on which side of the street). • Public transportation nearby as well as shared e-scooters (through an app) drop off/pickup location within walking distance. While the dual-pane windows minimize most noise, some traffic sounds may be audible. • MAINTENANCE: The gardener services the front and back yards on Tuesdays. • MAIL: The mailbox is not available for guest use. Family stay in LB
This house was a great fit for my wife and two boys. The three bedrooms worked perfectly. The host is great with communication before during and after our stay. My wife appreciated the small touches like makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. The house is located near great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. It is also near the freeway which makes it easy when exploring Long Beach and surrounding areas.

Everything was excellent. The only issue we had was paying with our credit card. It didn’t work with Discover we had to use our daughter’s credit card and reimburse her.
