Tengo 2 casas en la misma propiedad. La casa trasera listada arriba es una casa nueva grande y cerrada con capacidad para hasta 8 personas. Tiene 3 dormitorios grandes, 3 camas grandes y 2 colchones de aire. Hay estacionamiento en el garaje para 2 coches grandes y un lugar exterior de repuesto si se incluye el estudio. Sensación moderna, comodidad y privacidad ... Estarás impresionado.

La casa en el frente de la propiedad también es mía. También se utiliza un alquiler de vacaciones. Por esta razón, puede o no haber otros vacacionistas en la casa frente durante su estancia. Tienen su propio acceso privado al estacionamiento desde la puerta de entrada y es probable que nunca se tropiecen con ellos, excepto en ocasiones en que pueden estar sacando basura y estirándose. Si necesita reservar espacio adicional para una fiesta grande o simplemente necesita habitaciones y camas adicionales, no dude en visitar mi perfil y hacer clic en el enlace "Beautiful Older Home" donde también puede reservar esa unidad o enviarme una solicitud. También hay un pequeño estudio independiente que utilizo como unidad de derrame para grupos más grandes. Tiene una cama queen y un sofá cama queen con su propio baño y puede alojar hasta 4 personas.

La propiedad está cerrada y segura en un barrio residencial con acceso cercano a todo. Te sentirás como en casa mientras disfrutas de una experiencia verdaderamente lujosa. La cocina es abierta y espaciosa, comedor y sala de estar. Cable, Internet / WiFi, aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora. Los huéspedes tienen acceso al uso de todas las instalaciones y todos los espacios comunes.

Perfect for Families

We had our Family gathering for the thanksgiving and everyone liked it. Home is very neat and as shown in online. Ashai is very nice host and always reachable. All the grocery stores and food places are near by.

Overall great stay

The home was spacious, rooms were large, beds were comfy. The Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils which was great! I wish the home had TV's in all the rooms as we had more then one family in the home & I wish the home was a little cleaner. We walked in and it did have a stale smell so we purchased a scented candle which fixed the issue right away. The Host was great! we had a great stay if in the area again would rent again!

Beautiful home - lots of space and great owner!

Our family of 4 stayed at this residence over the Christmas holiday. Our kids are older, so 3 separate bedrooms was a must. We loved how spacious this property was, not only 3 bedrooms/2 baths, but attractive and comfortable furnishings, and a well-appointed kitchen. The owner met us as we let ourselves into the property. He was friendly and helpful. Our only negative was noisy neighbors. On Christmas Eve, next-door neighbors played very loud music and loud talking until 3 a.m. This continued even after they were warned by police. We realize this was not the owner's fault. He told us these neighbors are normally quiet, and we have no reason to doubt that.

East side Long Beach

Our stay at eastside was good over all , the house had plenty of room for our family and that we really liked. The only things we didn’t like was the neighbor hood but it was close to where we needed to be. I would recommend that the house be kept up a little more in the cleaning . Other than those things it’s a nice place. Thank you Ashai for allowing us to stay in your home.

Ashai was wonderful! She responded very quickly when we had questions!

Ashai made renting this place very easy. We had a lot of room for everybody! It was me, my mother, daughter and son-in-law and my grandson who is currently serving as a marine came to spend time with us. The neighborhood looked sketchy but we felt very safe in this home. There were no incidences. We would stay there again. We all had a good time. Thank you Ashai

Hidden Gem

If your looking for a place to sleep and shower while visiting SoCal, this is a nice home tucked away in the urban jungle. Quiet and private. Plenty of space for a family. Loved the private deck/patio space for evening wine, and morning coffee. Comfy beds, hot showers, great AC for hot summer days. Not close to the beach so as long as that is not an expectation you won’t be dissapointed. Owner was available at check-in and very responsive to messages. Great Host.

Great House!

We just returned from a week at this property and we enjoyed it very much. We had 4 adults and one 15 year old and had plenty of room. The house is well decorated and has everything you would need. The bedrooms are HUGE with tons of drawer and closet space as well as comfortable beds. Two rooms have king size beds which is like having two master suites. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds that are also very comfortable. The downstairs kitchen, living and dining room are all open and spacious. One thing about this home is it has a 2 car garage which from the looks of the neighborhood is huge advantage. Very few places have garages and most have to park on the street which is extremely limited and the streets are really narrow. The garage is good size but getting in and out can be tough if you have a bigger vehicle. We had a Prius and Buick Enclave which fit in the garage perfectly, but I can see how a larger truck or SUV would have trouble getting in and out... The garage backs up to a very narrow alley, so it can take a bit to get in and out but having the garage is so worth it. There is a high level security gate that only opens with a special remote. We didn't have any issues at all, but the area looks a bit sketchy as some homes have bars on their windows, but again we had no issues and felt secure in the home with all the locks and security gates. There is a front patio area that is absolutely darling. Lots of seating, twinkle lights and a great conversation area. The weather at night cooled off so it was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy. The owner is amazing! He is so responsive even though he was in a different country. One night we went to an Angels game and my parents decided to go to dinner instead. We left for the game and I didn't realize until we were there that I had both remotes for the security gate. They were stuck and couldn't get out. I texted the owner (not knowing he was in another country 7 hours ahead) and he responded immediately saying he could open the gate from his end. We weren't getting home before them so he said to call him even though it was in the middle of the night and he would let them in. Top notch service! It was pretty hot while we were there, so we were very happy that the AC worked so well! The value of this house is great. It's only a couple miles to the beach and downtown Long Beach that has great restaurants and walking areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Even better than expected!

This house is amazing! I was worried that it might just be fancy camera angles making the rooms look so large but it’s not, the rooms really are huge! There have also been improvements since the photos were taken. There’s an additional couch in the living room, an additional bed in the grey room (the room is larger than the photo depicts) and outside the front door the grass shown in the photo is now covered with a gazebo-like area with a table and comfortable patio furniture. (My family and I sat out there and barbecued on the provided grill.) The owner always promptly responded to my questions. I have zero complaints. My family already told me that they would love to stay in this house again next time!

Despite our very late arrival ( after 2 am ) our host Ashai went above and beyond to assist us with entering the premises. We had a large family gathering in LA and the home was able to accommodate our party of 6 adults and three under 18 spaciously . Thank you Ashai for all your help during our stay .

Great space for multiple people

The owner was so easy to get a hold of even though he was out of the country. Very accommodating! The only negative was the parking and only if you have a large lifted truck!

The property was very spacious, just what we were looking for. East access getting in the house.

Very well kept clean and spacious home. Loved the easy access to enter home. The home owner very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Excellent host

We enjoyed our stay. Ashai was very kind and available when needed. Rooms were spacious. Only feed back for improvement would be to provide dish towels or extra roll of paper towels. The couches had visible wear and tear and we planned a movie/game night so that wasn’t as comfortable but overall —we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a trip with a few friends

Very roomy/open house. It was nice with quite a few things recently remodeled. Ashai was an awesome host and made the check in/check out process, as well as the rest of our stay, very easy and comfortable. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced house in the area.

The house was very beautiful on the inside. All the rooms were very spacious. All the pictures shown are accurate. Getting to the garage is very tight, but overall, my friends and I had a great stay!

Fun weekend with a couple friends!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The inside is very relaxing and spacious. The best part is easily the massive bedrooms upstairs. Ashai is very generous and easy to get ahold of at anytime!

Perfect for Downtown Long Beach

We had a great stay at this property. We had another reservation fall through unexpectedly and he took us in on such short notice. The property was clean and spacious and located only 10 min from downtown Long Beach where we were attending an event. Ashai (the owner) was very responsive and friendly and accommodated everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Great trip!

The house is very nice and spacious and served as a good central location for the things we had planned to do (Universal Studios, Tar Pits, San Diego, Hollywood and beaches). The bedrooms are quite large and would easily accommodate blow up mattresses for a larger group. The owner was incredibly gracious and worked with us to have the window repaired at a time that would be most convenient for us. We prepared breakfast at the house nearly every day and several dinners and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. As return travelers to urban areas of California we knew to expect the closeness of adjacent properties. The house is very well secured so we felt very comfortable and appreciated having the dedicated parking in the garage. It was a great trip!
