Welcome to the Boho Retreat located in the Rivermarket District with downtown KC views from the roof top! This loft is walking distance to the infamous City Market, which hosts a Farmer's Market every weekend, local restaurants, coffee, boutiques and the FREE enclosed street car! Minutes from Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, Crossroads & Country Club Plaza! Not to mention only about a 10 minute drive to Arrowhead & Kaufmann Stadiums and under a 15 min walk to the convention center!

The entire private loft, gym, common area, roof top deck.
*there could possibly be bridge construction going on next to the building* *you are in an apartment building so you will run into long term guests and their pets*
Ample street parking (paid gated parking available upon request). Perfect for walking to Rivermarket, Downtown, and the West Bottoms. Bird scooters are readily available outside the entrance of the loft building. Uber and Lyft are also great ride sharing services with easy access. If you'd like to rent a car I suggest Turo - the Airbnb for cars. Walk to street car (free for the public).
City views are seen from rooftop, windows in the unit or other areas of the property.
There is a potential for noise. This loft is in a building with other residents. Please be mindful of noise levels.

If you prefer gated parking, we also offer a secured gated option for $75 (for stays under 2 weeks) or $150 for monthly stays. Let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve the gated spot!

Weekend Getaway
This loft was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Close to downtown & near the streetcar. Had everything we needed. Construction around the building did make it a little more difficult to get around but we were warned prior to our arrival. Great stay!

Nice quiet stay for us!
My husband travels a lot for work and stays in hotels - this was a great break from that for him. We enjoyed our stay. We felt like the space was well equipped, clean, and located close to everywhere we wanted to go. There was construction on the bridge but we really didn’t notice any noise from it. We didn’t see but a couple of other folks in the building and those we did encounter were friendly. We did opt to purchase the gated parking and we would do that again.

Unprofessional Management
We were celebrating our 28th anniversary. We arrived after a Royal’s game and were immediately concerned because there was little lighting outside the loft. We had to find a place on the street to park.

Property not for us.
So you know we are both 70 and this unit was not really to our liking. I can see a younger crowd probably loving the unit. The bathroom sink was clogged and to be able to use I had to remove the sink trap and clean out. Yes we were warned that there was Interstate construction going on. However not to the extent we encountered. The construction is not the fault of the unit owner. It is what it is. A inconvenience until it gets finished. The unit is an renovated old warehouse. The brick walls are original and thus a fair amount of brick and mortar dust falls off walls and accumulate on floor and furniture under those walls. There was plenty of towels and bedding available. A fully stocked kitchen with coffee. There were no disrupting noises during the night. The bed is a foot off the floor so for a couple of 70 year old's, a little difficult to get out. Our problem not the owners. The washer and dryer were perfect. The A/C was perfect. Plenty of hot water.

The loft was as described in re to how it looks & it was clean. The lighting in the bathroom leaves much to be desired. When I booked the room it only allowed me to pay a tiny portion & I wanted to place a bigger deposit. I messaged the host who never got back with me. I did have some difficulty getting directly there bc my GPS didn’t provide a straight shot due to the construction. The location is definitely key & centered around everything. Parking in KC is horrible but not the hosts problem, other than when asking a question about parking at the loft she said read the signs. The day of sign out a message was sent to me early & the first paragraph was lecturing about how busy her cleaning crew is so I needed to be checked out at the time listed. Not sure where that came from bc I was checking out at 7am. The paragraph about her busy cleaning crew was not needed & very off-putting. I messaged about rooftop access when I got there & asked how to utilize it bc the door is locked & it was partially why I chose that location. My message was ignored until the next day so I didn’t get to enjoy that. The property was just “okay” for the price.
