We had the most perfect weekend and our stay in this condo contributed to it. Walking in, we were amazed at how beautiful and clean it was. It had everything we needed to make it comfortable. I loved the little “Welcome Susie” sign in the living room. We hung out and played cards Friday night and relaxed and watched football on Saturday afternoon. It was easy to feel at home. The location was great! We walked to a great Vietnamese coffee shop on Saturday morning and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at the houses. There is a lot of rehabbing going on and it was nice looking at the neighborhood improvements. We walked to a great BBQ place for dinner before going to a show at the T-Mobile Center. We also drove to a park and played pickleball twice after getting the recommendation from Chance. Everything we wanted to do was 5-7 minutes away. I had a few questions before our stay, and Chance was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here as we plan to stay here next time we come to town.

The accomodations were perfect for our trip. We attended a "Rangers" game at Kaufman Stadium. Visited The Legends. And ate at Garozzo's Italian restaurant - walking distance from the house. Our hosts were very kind and acknowledged my Birthday with a Birthday card. We look forward to staying again.

The place was great. Super clean and spacious. We loved the neighborhood and general proximity to all the places in KC that we wanted to visit. KC was the final stop of a week-long baseball park road trip and we built in more downtime in KC than other stops, and this place was perfect for doing some much needed lounging around. Side note, this place is only a few blocks from Wolfgang's BBQ, which is a "must visit" restaurant for amazing KC BBQ.

Stay for conference at KC convention center

Great property, easy check in and out, all amenities you could want present, convenient location to either walk around or ride share to convention, downtown, etc.... highly recomend!

Check-in was simple and hassle-free. The location is excellent—just minutes from the T-Mobile Center and other nearby venues, yet tucked away in a quiet, easy-to-find neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the personal touch of the peg board welcoming me by name—it made me feel right at home. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I attend events at the T-Mobile Center.

Stayed with my teens for 2 nights. Check in & check out were very simple. Hosts were very responsive to questions and even made a special trip late at night to being a battery for the smoke detector. Great location, central to everything we had planned for our trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Would recommend 10/10

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Hosts were great and seemed like they really went the extra mile! For example the giant master shower with rain head and fully stocked coffee bar. Maybe the only “negative” was parking on the street. But even then, there was always a spot within the block..

Wonderful short stay!

We were there for Comic-Con and it was a short drive to the convention center which was great! It was very clean and very cozy! Felt very at home, had a very modern feel and the nighttime view of the downtown lights was beautiful! There are a few restaurants within walking distance which was nice, we highly recommend Cafe Ca Phe for your coffee or tea fix it was a short walk from our place. Our stay had some board games for a variety of ages to keep us busy in our downtime! Would 100% recommend a stay here and will probably be back next year!! It was a great weekend!!
