The space:

*Please note that we live in the apartment above you with our 2 (extremely friendly) rescue dogs and kitties. Because we work from home, you may hear us or the occasional zoomie from one of the pets, but we respect our guests need for quiet. If you are looking for total silence or if hearing neighbors above will disturb you, this may not be the right spot.

Repeat guests and 5-Star reviews for a reason! We've lived in the space and decorated it with beautiful, quality furniture, art and decor, not rental pieces. We want our guests to love the space enough to return again!


The space features a new central heat/air conditioning/air filtration system, a comfortable living/dining space with a high-quality queen pull-out sofa, Jens Risom upholstered rocker & solid wood dining table with seating for 4+. The Samsung 43", 4K TV is equipped with basic cable and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. - access your own accounts) to enjoy after a day out.

The kitchen has butcher block counters, a new Bosch dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and all the bar tools a mixologist may need.

Bedrooms have quality hybrid mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows & bedding. The bathroom has a deep jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower head & toiletries so you can pack light. You will also have private use of the new washer/dryer in our remodeled basement utility space.

Finally, we have a lovely backyard space with outdoor dining, seating areas, and a large BBQ grill for your use. The backyard is a shared space with us, occasionally unavailable for an evening if we have something planned, but we’ll let you know in advance.
