Things to note:

There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Park in the large parking lot near the condo. Parking is unassigned, so please park in any available space. The HOA requires a pass to be displayed at all times inside your dashboard. No RV'S or trailers of any kind allowed by the HOA.

Condo is a 5 to 8 minute walk to the base of the ski resort, or take the free shuttle.

The pool and spa hours and availability are as follows:
Thanksgiving – April 15 two hot tubs and heated pool are open from 10am to 10pm daily
April 15 – May 15 only one hot tub is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Pool and second hot tub closed.
May 15 – October 1 two hot tubs and heated pool are open from 10am to 10pm daily
October 1 – Thanksgiving only one hot tub is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Pool and second hot tub closed.

There is a washer and dryer inside the condo.

This property does not include air conditioning.

Condo building and unit have stairs. Unfortunately there is not an elevator.

Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily.

We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.

Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.
