A little difficult to figure out how to get in since I didn’t realize the parking area would be inaccessible until getting into the room. Great location! It would have been awesome for ski or bike season but we unfortunately timed our stay in between both.

Great location. Comfortable bed, plenty of space. Key fobs to get into the building were working intermittently, would let me in on east side but not west? I let management know to fix for next guests

Ski Time Square condo

Clean and convenient condo within 5 min walk to high speed gondola. We enjoyed our stay. Management communicated well.

Great value in an exorbitantly priced area

Loved that there were tons of extra linens, towels and pillows. Nice remodel and loved the surprise game room. The only real drawback was a lack of a real coffee table in the living room and could use a full sized coffee maker and a blender. But overall a nice little place.

Great spot

Old school ski cabin with updated appliances. Don’t think there’s many better spots on the mountain, 3 minute walk down the sidewalk to get to a bunny hill that takes you to the gondola base. Not right on top of everything so you get some space but close enough that you can be there in minutes on a walk. Would love to stay here again

Needs some updates, heat in bed rooms is limited. Needs to be cleaned better, look under the couch cushions. Location is perfect.

This was a great spot to stay for a ski trip. It’s within walking distance of the gondola base, making it easy to get to the slopes. The unit doesn’t have a private patio—it’s more of a hotel-style walkway. You can easily take a 10 minute walk down to the gondola area where there are several bars and places to hang out. You can also walk to the street and hop on the city bus to head downtown for shopping and restaurants.The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, which was great for cooking meals. If you use Walmart delivery, it made getting groceries here really convenient.There’s also a small game setup in the master bathroom closet with darts—just be mindful if you’re playing late at night since the neighbors might not appreciate it.Overall, this was a great place to stay with the family and we would definitely stay here again. One suggestion would be to add a bench outside the front door so guests can sit and enjoy the mountain view.

Really nice place, clean and spacious. The game room is in a strange spot - it was the closet for the master bedroom but they turned it into a game room - so while it's absolutely fine, just know that you have to walk through the master bed and bath to get to it. The elevator was in repair while we were there but it was actively being worked on, so I don't believe that will be an issue for long, and it was not so bad to walk to the third floor. The spa and workout room are one floor up and really nice. From the condo, we were able to walk right up to the Steamboat gondola and base. It was summer in our stay so we were able to hike up on the mountain.

Building not taken care of. Parking was further away upon arrival due to even more contruction. Would definitely not rent again.

Great location, access, & amenities

Loved staying so close to the mountain. We woke up and went for hikes without losing momentum (which is a problem with kids). They could also safely cross the street and get to the mountain to bike. The hot tubs were nice to relax in after an active day. While the building is older, this condo has been redone and has a clean modern update. The kitchen was equipped and we ended up cooking most meals. The owners converted a closet into a play room with old school pacman and foosball that the kids ended up loving. The unit has a bunch of jigsaw puzzles and games that we enjoyed as a family. Internet access was good so we could work. It was an unexpected bonus to have an EV charge station in front of the building.

Great place to stay at Steamboat

The properity Management company is wonderful. Timely communications on check-in/out process and quick response to questions and asks. Great example, the 1st night we were there, resort temperatire dropped to -26 and the heating elements were not able to keep up with that, and bedrooms were 59 degrees. Upon calling the management company, they had cleaning staff delivered space heater within hour.The location of this unit is great, walking to slope, shopping and restaunts. Inside the unit is fully remodeled and comfortable. One suggestion is to have pots and pans upgraded as we cook all of our meals while we were there.
