The building was clean and the apartment was great. One of the glasses was dirty. The biggest issue is that the location is incorrect on the map and it’s a 15 min walk to the convention center.

The host communicated poorly. The room I reserved was made unavailable. the host stated that he needed me to reserve the whole weekend for my stay before my reservation. I had to contact VRBO in order to reach him when I arrived and only then did he provide another unit that was a significant downgrade and did not provide the same amenities that I agreed to pay for. There were no pillows on the bed, no TV, there were coffee pods but no coffee machine. No towels were available and the shower was also poorly designed where it would soak the toilet if you used it. After settling in, he snuck into my unit while I was away to provide pillows but that too was not communicated ahead of time. In the future, he should communicate all the facts at the start by stating along the lines of "hey this particular unit requires a minimum of x days, I do have another unit that I can offer" rather keeping me guessing on whether I had a place to stay.

Great place!!

This unit is great! Loved location and very affordable. Clean and close to everything. We had an issue with bath but called and they came and replaced the spout super fast and were very helpful. Will definately book again

Comfortable and Cool

The host describe the process of getting in the building and the room very well. Plus his recommendation of where to park was also very helpful. The location was great. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. I believe they advertised it as a one bedroom, but it’s really a studio. That was fine for us. It was extremely hot the day we arrived and the apartment was very comfortable.

Overall, Nice place, but some issues/suggestions...

Overall I enjoyed this location, however, if I would had known the issues I encountered, then I probably would not have booked this location, since I was trying to save money over a hotel and to be closer to activities I had planned in that area. First off, there is no parking onsite as the listing indicated. Second, regarding the parking, for one night of parking in the nearest garage, it was $26, which added to the cost for this location which I was not aware of prior to booking. So much for trying to save money. I know it is on me to vet out details such as that prior to booking, but from reading the booking and the "AI FAQ/Help" it indicated that there was a garage onsite, you live and learn. Third, the location on the VRBO map is incorrect and the property is actually two blocks away. Again, if I would have known that, I might have chosen a different location to be nearer the activities we had planned. As for the property itself, the amenities were nice and clean. The mirrors, bathroom and living space, appear to be hung by a tall person and are difficult to use for shorter people. A couple extra towels would have been nice. There were two sets, but sometimes having an extra towel or two is nice to have. There was only one extra pillow, if I recall correctly. Would I recommend this location? Probably so, but I would let people know the shortcomings and the additional price of parking and the incorrect location on the map.
