Our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 2,600 square foot ski-in/ski-out townhome (Unit 18) is everything you would expect from a luxury townhome. The townhome features a main living space as well as a loft, with the usual amenities you would expect in a luxury townhome: 3 TV's, WIFI, 2 gas fireplaces and a gas grill. The home is ideal for 2 or 3 families to share. Sleeping areas are private and self-contained with views from every room and plenty of parking with a 2 car garage (one parking space is available in the garage) as well as 2 additional parking spaces in front. There are two ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
