❄️ ¡La nieve está bajando en Purgatory Resort, y parece ser una gran temporada de esquí 2019! ¡Este verdadero lugar de ski-in ski-out seguramente te dejará con grandes recuerdos del tiempo que pasaste con tu familia y amigos! 🎿

(Para fiestas grandes, comuníquese con el propietario; somos dueños de otras dos unidades de condominios disponibles en este mismo complejo, con capacidad para 25 personas).

Escápate de la ladera del Purgatory Resort. Su patio trasero ES la pista de esquí, y es una verdadera experiencia de Ski-in, Ski-out; una de solo 11 unidades directamente en la pista de esquí en Purgatory Resort, dentro del complejo de condominios Edelweiss. Simplemente sal por la puerta de atrás y estás en las laderas!

¡Esta es una oportunidad excepcional y muy demandada para aquellos que buscan una escapada de temporada de esquí única! Se admiten mascotas, y podemos alojar cómodamente a 9 personas. El dormitorio principal y el de arriba cuentan con camas king size, y el tercer dormitorio cuenta con una litera con una reina en la base y una gemela arriba. Hay dos camas dobles adicionales en el área de loft, y el sofá en el área de estar se retira en una reina completa para dormir dos más.

Otros condominios dicen ser "ski-in ski-out" pero después de que te quites los esquís debes caminar por una colina o subir a un ascensor y poner los esquís en un casillero. Siempre hay algún tipo de captura. Con esta unidad en Edelweiss, aprenderá lo que significa ser VERDADERO ski-in ski-out. Para llegar a la pista de esquí, camine a la derecha en el porche trasero y luego a la derecha en la Pista de esquí. Simplemente fíjese y diríjase DIRECTAMENTE al elevador. Cuando termines el día o si quieres tomarte un descanso, hay un sendero de nivel principiante que te deja en la DERECHA DE LA PUERTA TRASERA. Se acabaron los días de caminar con tus botas de esquí mientras intentabas sujetar tu equipo. Es muy fácil, y solo tienes que quedarte aquí una vez para saber qué ubicación rara y codiciada es esta. ¡Nunca querrás quedarte en ningún otro lugar cuando esquíes! SUGERENCIA: ya que su condominio está en las laderas, no estará "atrapado en la montaña" todo el día y podrá evitar comidas caras en la estación de esquí.

Ven a probar Edelweiss # 7, una verdadera joya en Purgatory Resort. ¡Una vez que te quedes aquí, querrás volver y esquiar aquí nuevamente año tras año!

This condo was our home away from home for a month. It had everything we needed. The nice large back porch was great for storing bikes and airing all our gear out. Most notable about this unit is location. Within minutes you on a hiking trail which made my morning and evening walks with our family unfortunately. We are excited to come again when the bike park reopens!

Kendall Mountain Run visit

We were in the area to run the Kendall Mountain Run in Silverton. The location was nicely located between Silverton and Durango where there was more options for food and groceries. There was lots to do on the ski mountain and great access out the back doo to take the dogs out for a little morning walk. We also enjoyed watching the mountain bikers take the jumps on the trail behind the condo.

Great place

Great place right on the slopes. It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but it is actually 3 bedrooms with twins in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay right by the slope

We enjoyed the property and ski in ski out location. Our teens could play outside while we Sat and enjoyed the sunny deck. Very responsive hosts!

Very few places are truly ski in/ski out! David is so responsive and the unit is extremely comfortable. We look forward to returning next year. If you like to be first in the slopes and last to leave, I highly recommend!!!

We took our 2 grownups and new daughter in-law snow skiing and decided to secure this property. Primary reason to choose this place was the ski in/out, the property did not disappoint. Ski out from your back step, ski in the same. After the lifts closed we had so much fun on the back porch just enjoying the beauty, this condo is truly front and center. The condo was perfect for us. In the evenings the wood burning fire place was really nice. To make a complaint I'd have the manufacture one, we loved it and would do it again. Bruce

True Ski in and Out

My husband and I, with kids aged 10 to 3 along with 1 set of grandparents stayed the week before Easter. Easy check-in with a code. Very lovely town home, nicely decorated in a southwestern theme, updated kitchen with appliances, truly equipped for cooking and dining in. Loved the crockpot (we definately made some great chili in it). We also appreciated the Keurig with coffee cups and sugar provided, starter shampoo and conditioner; and being able to use a washer and drier, as we had to pack light to fit everyone. Loved using the wood burning fireplace and supplied wood in the garage, kept the home very warm. The 2 twin beds in the loft were convenient and appealing to the kids as well as the board games . We primarily booked bec of the perfect location, right on the mountain looking at Lift 1. We were able to ski back to the property via YBR trail, and our beginner skiers were able to get back on their own. After a day of skiing the kids could play in the snow and sled right outside the property, and were in eyes view. Grandma could easily take walks down to the base and walk back up. We had 1 SUV, with a large cargo box, and could not fit into the garage, however parked parallel without issues. Ample towels. We had to communicate with the owner and he responded immediately to our concerns. We had a great time (due to location, weather and low density of people at the time), I love purgatory mt. and we would come back to this property in the future.

Awesome location

We had a wonderful one week stay. Location is perfect for skiing down for lunch and accommodating for those just learning as they made good use of the slope right outside the door with easy access to the lifts. Great communication from the owner too!!!

Wonderful accommodations/location

Fantastic setup and true ski in/ski out. Lots of thoughtful and functional details throughout made for a very comfortable stay! David was super quick to respond and resolve internet and cable issue following a power outage. We love Purgatory and had a great time!

Hi I am David Miller, owner of Edelweiss #7 along with my brother Daniel. We've been skiing at Purgatory Resort since we were babies (literally) and we're excited to have the opportunity to own this unit and share it's convenience and magic with other families who want to experience what it's like to stay right on the ski slopes.

Our family has owned another property at Edelweiss for over 20 years, and we're very very familiar with the resort, location, community, and Durango in general.

Please, if you have any questions about this unit, just send an inquiry and I will get back to you as soon as possible. This is truly an experience and opportunity you will not want to miss. Trust me, we've been coming back here for almost 30 years and won't be stopping any time soon!

Location, location, location. I can't say it enough! The ski slope is right outside your back door! You don't have to be 'stuck on the mountain' all day. No more paying a premium for lunches on the mountain, or skiing around with a heavy backpack with snacks for the entire day for the whole family. Just pop in the condo for lunch, or a quick bathroom break, and get right back out on the ski slope!

This is truly ski-in ski-out. This is one of only 11 condos at Purgatory Resort where the ski slope is literally DIRECTLY outside your back door. You don't have to hike up or downhill with your skis and poles when you're trying to get to the slopes. No buses, no cars, no hassle. You literally just walk outside and the ski slope is there.

A beginner route from the top of the mountain also takes you right back around to the back door. It's a truly remarkable ski-in ski-out experience. No need to walk far, just a few steps!
