This condo is directly on the beach, and you are booking directly with the owners—a small family of three. There are no excessive middleman or broker fees just to place you in a unit that the broker has never personally stayed in or inspected. We stay in and maintain all of our properties, so we always know their current condition. All of our units are well kept, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas like this one, directly beside Navarre Pier and Santa Rosa Island.

LOCATION: NAVARRE BEACH — “FLORIDA’S BEST KEPT SECRET”
This second-floor corner unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with wraparound windows and a spacious porch offering incredible views of Navarre Pier (Florida’s longest pier) and Santa Rosa Island. Nearby are local restaurants, coffee shops, jet ski rentals, and beach activities. On the opposite side of the pier are miles of open, untouched white sand along Santa Rosa Island.
Navarre Beach is known for abundant wildlife, including sea turtles, and is highly rated for sea shelling. You could not ask for a better vacation setting. Enjoy the emerald Gulf waters and sugar-white sands right outside the condo, while the bay with boat docks and water activities is within walking distance across the street. If you have never visited Navarre Beach, you are truly in for a treat.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• We do not require a 7-night minimum to help guests with smaller budgets
• Stays must either butt up to another reservation or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
We cannot rent the unit for 1 or 2 nights. Reservations that do not meet this requirement will be canceled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to accommodate a stay. If you are unable to butt up to another reservation or leave a minimum 3-night gap, please do not book.
