Cottage by the Sea

Beautiful “Cottage by the Sea”. Enjoy King bed in the Master suite with a very comfortable mattress located on main level and remainder of your guest on a separate level.We are a very short drive from many amazing beaches and 4 x4 ramps. Permit needed for 4 x 4 access, as well as a 4 WD.Enjoy the laid back atmosphere and beaches that make this a great for families.Cottage is also a lovely, couple’s retreat. This is a PET FREE home.

The space
This is a 3bedroom two bath home in Frisco North Carolina do you have one king size bed and one queen size bed, another queen size bed and a Dell daybed with a trundle home has a open loft that is not suitable for small children. Enjoy quick drives to the beach access, as well as walking to restaurants to the ice cream shop to the general convenience store all within a short walk This is a great great home close to everything the island has to offer including the 4x4 beach access.
High-Speed Internet, 2 Smart TVs, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Full sized Refrigerator, Dishwasher, small drip coffee maker and a Keurig (with starter pods), Pillows & Comforters. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread.
Towels- bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. (We ask that you start these in the wash at checkout, on hot)
We also provide a small bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and multiple trash bags. Also dish soap, hand towels, and some dishwasher pods and laundry detergent for house linens.
Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply.
Kitchen has a well stocked spice cabinet.
Guest access
you will have access to the entire home. yard and driveway.
