This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you want to swim, fish, kayak, or just sit on the porch and watch the sunset. Our lake house can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

House was well-stocked and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. While the decor is dated, it provided plenty of living/sleeping space and the AC worked great. Our family’s favorite spot was the large, screened porch that overlooked the lake. The kids especially loved the hammock underneath the house. The dock was large and provided ample space for the boat, fishing and socializing. Several nails on the dock could use hammering down and it would be nice if there was a ladder off of the front. We did scrub a lot of the scum off of the stairs that went down into the water which made it much safer as they were super slick. I love that there was only one TV! Internet worked great and was needed as reception was poor. Kids enjoyed signing the “guest wall” in the bathroom and we all enjoyed reading past entries. Overall, we had a wonderful few days at the lake making memories that will last a lifetime!

The house was equipped with everything you need. Swimming and fishing was great. The location of the house to Wateree Marina, The Beaver's Den, and Dock 97 was great. My family from California had never been to South Carolina. They loved it. I recommend this home to travelers who need space for a large group. I would absolutely book this home again.

Good potential

Location is peaceful but is very rural. There is no cell service, so keep that in mind when trying to get there. The WiFi wasn’t working the first day either, so getting any help was difficult. The house itself needs work. The stair rail is coming off the wall and is a major safety hazard. Most of the rooms especially down stairs have massive water stains on the ceiling. The stains look old, so I’m surprised they haven’t been painted over. We were concerned about mold growth too. The back yard was a mud pit. My aunt is local to the anrea and said this location and the condition of the house was overpriced.

Great place to stay for golf trip

The house was perfect for our golf trip. We played at Edgewater, Lancaster, and Cobblestone. We were right down the road from the Beavers Den and their food and atmosphere was great!

Moon Light on the Lake

Beautiful view. The home is big enough for a family and friends to hangout and enjoy themselves. Easy access to the lake for fun and not to far from Beaver Creek Restaurant and Wateree Marina. A Great Vacation Spot!!!
