Nuestro retiro relajante fue construido en 2010! Ubicado a lo largo de las 242 millas de costa en el pintoresco y sereno lago Wateree. ¡Una de las mejores puestas de sol en el lago! Gran salón abierto / cocina. Sala de juegos en el primer piso con camas adicionales, mesa de billar y baño completo. Master Suite con balcón privado y vista completa del lago desde la bañera de hidromasaje, y despiértese en una cama King Size. ¡¡ASCENSOR!! Cercado en el patio trasero con fácil acceso al agua. Muelle de aluminio de dos pisos con plataforma IPE. Pisos de madera y chimenea.

Summer lake vacation

We vacationed at this property three years ago and returned July 2025. Accommodations were excellent for family. Thank you for more wonderful memories.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Spent a beautiful week at John and Colleen's place. It was nice and hot, which made for perfect swimming and boating. The grandchildren absolutely loved swimming around the dock, and finding snail shells along the shore. We were very pleased to find that the water levels were high enough that we were able to rent a pontoon boat and dock at the property. Through no fault of the owners, we were without an elevator… This was very disappointing, but we got through it. Unfortunately, this was a big issue, as the bottom floor was not accessible without going outside. Just a lot of climbing and carrying, which got more tiresome towards the end of the week. We had some water pressure issues for the first half of the week, but it seem to get better towards the end. The owners called the county to look at the meter, and a minor adjustment seem to help. All in all, we had a lovely time. The house was comfortable and mostly well furnished. Our comments/suggestions: 1) there were no wash cloths in the house, 2) very little room in the kitchen for putting away pantry items, 3) it would be helpful to have instructions for living room tv use. I must say, John and Colleen were extremely attentive to our texts, and I always heard back from them right away. We understand that the elevator and the water issues were unexpected, and not something that could be quickly resolved for our stay.

Fabulous!

It was fabulous from start to finish. The house is beautiful and well kept, as is the property. The swimming hole right off the dock was our favorite spot to have fun with the grandkids. The house is in a great location with excellent hospitality. It was a wonderful week at a wonderful home with family and a few good friends. Thanks so much for opening your home to us. We will rent this property again.

Great Family Vacation!!

The Shore Beats Work property was perfect for our family with kids and " grands " . John , the owner , was amazing with assistance and answers to questions . The location with a small beach was perfect for younger children. The house set-up lends itself to groups for seating and indoor and outdoor activities . Thanks for sharing this vacation place with us !

Week at Wateree

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. The house is outstanding! We had enough room with the different floors - no one felt cramped at all. Easy communication with the owners and everything was exactly as stated online... We hope to return soon.

Family Vacation

The property was great just as listed and any time we called the property manager they answered or got right back with me. Great swimming area for my grandkids and we all caught a lot of fish from my 3 and 4 year old grandkids up to my boys their wives and me. We all had a great time and the best part my mom lived 8 minutes away so she got to see her grandkids and great grandkids. Grocery stores are about 30 minutes away but two houses over is a marina. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Peaceful setting

View of lake from home was beautiful. Especially enjoyed the ample porches and the swing. Well equipped with kitchen essentials, floats for water enjoyment, and canoe and kayak. Convenient to marina for gas, small grocery essentials, bait for fishing, Diner, and boat ramp. Lovely home, owner was great to work with, and our stay was memorable. So convenient that linens, towels, and beach towels provided and elevator was helpful with the heavy coolers and luggage. State Park only a 15 minute walk down a shaded side walk and grandchildren went several times to play on nice playground equipment. Could not have asked for anything more. Would definitely rent again

Excellent place to stay!!!

This house is perfect. We were a group of 8 guys coming to Lake Wateree to fish. Perfect house for large groups. The owner, John, is very responsive to any of our needs. He took care of all of our needs. I would highly recommend this house. If you want a nice quiet, laid back week at the lake, this is the place to go!!! The perfect place to go and get away!

Beautiful and as described

One of the most well-stocked homes we’ve ever visited! Beautiful home and location, exactly as described in the listing. Kayak, canoe, life jackets, inner tubes, outdoor chairs, beach towels, movies, books and games...a great family home! The owners were great to work with and easy instructions to follow. Highly recommend The Olde Town Hall restaurant about 20 minutes away on 21. We found it our last night, as the marina next door had limited offerings and hours during our visit, and wished we had discovered it sooner. We hope to return again!

This house is amazing and has a great view of the lake. WiFy was full bars on my iPhone. Extra clean and sanitized when we arrived. The marina is next door and with a short walk. Great experience.

Girls weekend

This was our 2nd annual sorority reunion. We are a group of Winthrop graduates that have started getting together once a year. This house was perfect for our group to unwind, relax, and have a good time.

Great Escape

My family had an OUTSTANDING time here. We were able to place our boat in the water at the Marina next door. We caught bait fish right from the boat dock all day for three days. Lot's of Fun!!!!

Highly Recommend

Everything is as better than described. Great location and the views from the house are incredible. House has plenty of space and amenities for large groups and was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Communication with owner was always fast and accommodating with clear check in and check out instructions. Definitely plan to be back!
